Because other stations programming doesn't suit something like Secret Stash. The only one that comes to mind would be SpikeTV.

TCM to an extent does the Secret Stash type thing by showing their R-rated movies (i.e. American Beauty, Heat) late at night, but a few networks could be better served to at least try something close to it. AMC sure as hell could do it with the Godfather movies or Casino, which I believe they have the rights to at the moment.

Spike could suit from it simply because they target males who love fighting and action. They could use un-edited versions of plenty of good action flicks.

IFC does or at least used to air them unedited sometime. Some cop movie I saw late at night had Harvey Kietel make some chick give him a BJ. I was slightly tired and then confused from the scene.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure IFC still does that with all their movies, especially since they still hype their channel with "Uncut" in the slogan.
