Holy crap man, that's pretty nice. I especially love the work on the hair. Not a bad bit o'Photoshop at all.

If you haven't, you should check out vector art using media like this... some of the people drawn in Illustrator through that style turn out amazing. It's a very different concept of design from just painting in Photoshop, but if you enjoyed that, you might enjoy the vector one in Illustrator as well.
