I'd say it's "alright". Better than what you currently have in your sig anyway. I don't particularly like the font for CM Punk...and the fact that the pictures on the right and left look exactly the same, except one stands out more. If I was marking out of 10, I'd say 5 at most to be honest.

Sorry dude its not good at all, the three pics are not cut well and the background pics have horrid effects on them, the text is ok but the colour dosent really go with the background, i think you need to improve alot.

Check out tutorials on backgrounds and stuff id rate it about 3/10 sorry dude.

Avenger: judging by his signature, I'd say he already has improved alot, it's just a steady progress. We all go through it.

The cuts are... decent at best, yeah. They're too jagged, you should practice cutting with the polygonal lasso rather than the magic wand, if that's what you used. Also: don't use the same cut twice like that, it looks cheap. Try to find a different image with a similar stance at least, but don't just take the same cut you made, flip it, and put it on the other side of the page. It really does look tacky.
