It's called Goal Line Blitz. You create a guy and then you can be signed by human owned teams as well as CPU teams. There's no actual gameplay it's kind of a text type deal but you get to control your training and like I said you can get signed by a team negotiate for more money. It's free to play but you can buy more "flex points" to help level your guys faster if you wish. The link above goes to my referral so I'd get some points for recruiting.
