Help me identify a movie

I BELIEVE it may have been called Mafia or something along those lines. It was comedy that had something to do with the Mafia and drugs. One scene I almost clearly remember is two sheep get into some cocaine (I believe it was coke) and one sheep says "man, this is some good shit". I remember watching it nearly 10 or so years ago (maybe a little less).

If Jay Mohr was in it, it was Jane Austen's Mafia! aka, Mafia!

I've seen it before but its been years and I don't remember if that scene was in it or not.
