Actually Ruki did.

I'm sorry I forgot to use it. I tried to just fit it in earlier today and did it real quick. It took me a while to keep a list together of what positions everyone needed. I didn't just give them the next best player, but rather the next best player for a position they needed.

Because we didn't complete the draft in time to start for week one. The rosters were finished later on on sunday, so it probably just didn't process in time for monday or something stupid. Yahoo has been glitchy from what I've heard.
