Looking for a flash animation

I used the search button, but I couldn't find anything.

It's a flash animation about music, and has bands like Hives, Strokes, Vines, Papa Roach, however, some funny-looking cartoons are singing it, and they change sets like every 15 seconds or so.

Any help? I remember Kou saying "Best Flash animation ever" or something like that
