Updating DOTT to TEW2010

I've managed to convert all the files from TEW '05 to TEW '10 but I get some error about Avatars missing and a promotion having an event the same day as another event from the same promotion?!?

Sort of a green-horn at this so I'm not sure what I need to do to fix this

You are probably missing a ton of data due to how many changes there have been since TEW 2005. You're going to have to go through the items in each section one by one and make sure stats are set the way they should be. It's a pain-staking process, and probably why many mod makers prefer to start from scratch.
