I'm guessing it is mainly because Talib took off his helmet like that, which people may perceive as instigating. I think that whole thing probably should've just consisted of the refs giving both of those guys a warning and not penalizing yet.

I'm torn on who I want to win. Manning getting a last SB ring and retiring would be a good ending to a great career. But I really like what the Panthers have done and they have some former Bears who I will forever be grateful for.
