  1. From whole albums, I only ever heard Smash. It's catchy and fun. And from what I've heard on the radio / videos on telly, Offspring are fun. Again, not my type of music, but I'd easily pick them over the Deftones and Muse. By far the best of the MTV-type pop-punk bands.

  2. Don't know much about this band, aside from a random video or two I've seen on telly I didn't especially like. They came out around the time nu-metal was getting big, so I was instantly turned off by them.

Anyway, I think I'm neutral, slightly leaning on the negative side. Never really cared about this kind of music.

EDIT: WTF. I was talking about the Deftones. I didn't know you're going to post another band right up.

Muse, I don't mind at all. I had this one album from a friend of mine who likes them. It was quite good. Could possibly listen to them a bit more. But, honestly, it's not really my type of music, so in the end I wouldn't buy an album. I wouldn't want to listen to Muse THAT much to justify it - I don't know if an album of theirs could stand re-listens. At least not on my stereos. There's too much awesome stuff I keep lining up for my player, and never have enough time to play all.

  3. Okay, maybe with the Savatage one I was going too much in the direction of 'epic' and not towards 'distinguishable riff'.

(crap quality live footage, but there's no promo video for the song)

    But here's a good one -

  4. I don't have a wishlist. I just get what I want if I feel the urge to get it. There's a bunch of record stores nearby, and if I can't find what I want there, I can always order online.

A few years ago when I was still in college I did make wishlists, but that was because I was always broke. When I did happen to get money I immediately got a CD or two before I spent it all on booze. Or food. Or books, can you imagine.

  5. Iron Maiden - Visions of the Beast

Nightwish - End of an Era

Judas Priest - Live in London

    Bruce Dickinson Anthology

    All really nice for fans.

    Bonus discs with CDs:

    Nevermore - Enemies of Reality

Iron Maiden - A Matter of Life and Death

    Testament - Formation of Damnation

    Saxon - The Inner Sanctum

Judas Priest - Angel of Retribution

    Spinefarm Hardcovers

Don't really watch them that often. But still like having bonus discs when available.
