  1. I was in the WFA for about seven fights or so before I got a little tired of dominating and jumped up to the UFC. I dominated the older fighters until I fought Rampage. The only thing I really miss about 2010 was post-fight interviews and fighter relationships because me and Rampage would hate each other. He won the first fight in the second round with a TKO. I worked on my ground/clinch striking and grappling(I usually gameplan to GnP fighters). I won the second fight by unanimous decision after brutalizing him on the ground. The next fight he was the champ and he beat me in the third round via TKO. I took the belt from him in our most recent fight via heel hook. The weakest area of my LHW is clearly the stand up so I need to start working on that a bit. Made two title defenses against Ryan Bader and Rashad Evans, now headed off to Pride for the GP.

  2. I started a franchise with Detriot and we've been... inconsistent. We won our first two; we had a close one with Tampa Bay and ran through Kansas City. Minnesota put us back in our place and Dallas beat us by a dropped pass. We beat Chicago in convincing fashion, but we got ran down by the Niners. Not looking forward to Atlanta.

Stafford has been up and down all year, Leshoure had two great games and than just went flat. Megatron is on a massive cold streak because he's been getting doubled almost every passing play. Jahvid Best is having a good year and Maurice Morris has been a solid option for some reason with the screen pass. Pettigrew and Titus Young are currently tied for receptions on the team.

  3. Did my first draft and didn't do too bad. I drafted Peyton's replacement, Case Keenum, in the second round. 70 OVR with a B potential, so he should turn out to be a solid QB of the Future. My worst pick was apparently overreaching for a left guard in the 3rd round when he really should have gone late in the 5th.

Didn't do to much in free agency seeing as how re-signing Garcon and Wayne ate up alot of cap space.

  4. I beat Kansas rather easily in the Holiday Bowl. Stanford beat Oregon and both were undefeated going into the Pac-12 championship. Stanford lost to Texas in that National Championship and Oregon beat Ohio State in the Rose Bowl.

I got a HC job offer at Michigan, but I turned them down for the time being because I kinda want to see how good I can make UCLA. I brought in two 4* lineman and a 5* corner, so I got UCLA is on the rise.

  5. Has anyone edited someone's stats during Franchise yet? After Anthony Gonzalez fumbled four times in two games, I got pissed off and shipped him off to Oakland. I signed Nick Miller(I went to high school with him, so I'm a little biased) and upped him from a 48 overall to a 83 but than realized that's too much and dropped him back to like a 72 overall.

Also, I wish I could just have a bunch of high school kids for defense because they'd play better than what I currently got. Every game is a fucking shootout.

  6. My favorite offense to run in Dynasty is the pistol. I'm closing in on having my two backs get a 1,000 yards on the season and my QB will more than likely end up with 850 rushing yards or so.

I started as OC for Ohio and after beating Ohio State two straight years, I took an OC job at UCLA. We dropped a game in Oregon which I knew was going to happen and a hard lost to Stanford. We got Kansas in the Holiday Bowl and they usually give up an average close to 140 in rushing yards, so I'm expecting a win there.

  7. Blair White actually isn't too bad of a returner for me. On average, I can get out to about the thirty or thirty five yard line. Even got close to breaking one once.

My biggest problem I have is the constant fucking rain games. I'm sure this has been stated here at some point, but seriously fucking christ.

Can I just make all the teams get domes without having to re-locate them?

  10. Ugh, it's really starting to feel cheap. I cannot for the life of me get a win in advanced, I mean Lidell has great takedown defense yet I still get taken down at will. And despite using the right controls to block transitions and takedowns, I can't defend them. It actually feels like the AI's just carrying right on and ignoring my controller inputs entirely. I don't mind losing if it's a decent fight (I've had some epic clashes with Lidell against Rua), but it's not feeling like it is. And if I am starting to take advantage and get the upper hand, it just seems to increase the chances of a flash KO, it's bloody annoying. I know I'll probably just get told to drop down a difficulty, but it's just too easy, it isn't fun.

Also fuck the entire sway mechanism, it's rubbish.

The way I did it was start at beginner diffculty because it's been a solid six months since I even played 2009 and it's massively different in so many ways, so I started at beginner to practice and to learn how everything works. Now that I have a solid understanding of everything, I bumped it up to expereinced on career mode and I've been doing some exhibition matches on advanced, but I totally get what you're saying. I guess what I'm trying to say is that it takes practice.

EDIT: Yeah, I rarely use the sway system. I usually keep my distance and just block with the RB and the RT(yeah, I got a crapbox), works better for counter punching, IMO. Also, I kinda found my own way to get into camps, I pick the fight with the most time in between and the first week of training for that upcoming fight, I head to a camp. Got Hendo's spinning back fight up to a Level 3 and I completely floored GSP to win the title back.

  11. EDIT: God damn you, GSP! The fucker ended my reign with an arm triangle. Time to rebound against Thiago Alves.

I say we team up and take the bastard out, he screwed me over too. I'll take the left knee, you take the right.

Then double arm bar and we share the title.

I just went all three rounds with Thiago Alves. His corner was celebrating and my corner was all like 'Well, shit.' Then we both came to a split desicion. Got demoted to a UFN main card fight against Frank Trigg.

    Do you mean a draw?

A split decision would mean one judge had the fight for one fighter and the other two judges' for the opponent.

Yes, I ment a draw. I dumb like that.

Anyways, demolished Frank Trigg for three whole rounds, but just couldn't seem to finish him off completely, but I still got the UD. I've got Mike Swick on a PPV Undercard and hopefully from there it's Dan Hardy, Alves again and the winner of GSP/Fitch.

Is it me or do GSP and Fitch fight for the title every time?

  13. I've red ringed like five times from the Summer of 2006 to about November of 08. Got mine back just a few days after the New Years and haven't had a problem since. But it doesn't close all the way, I have to take teh face plate off and give it a little shove for the games to read. I don't have many games for it as I just rent them, beat them and be done with them.

So, yeah, once I actaully have a chance to, I'll be switching to the PS3 and selling my 360 to my brother.

  14. What do I need to do to get the flash KO acheivement?

I actually got it when I surprisingly got a one punch K.O. against Jon Fitch. Maybe that's it, I dunno.

Anyways, I worked on my cardio hardcore before the Koscheck fight because from what I understand, I'm going to need it. And I did. The fucker has unstoppable takedowns and slams, but I won via the massive amount of damage that I did to Koscheck's face when given the opporunity. He got more takedowns than I, but I did far much more damage and won via Split Desicion. GSP is my first title defense.

EDIT: God damn you, GSP! The fucker ended my reign with an arm triangle. Time to rebound against Thiago Alves.

  15. I've gone on an absolute tear since my three straight losses. I beat Karo easily by UD, although I had a problem finishing him off. Best way to beat him is to take him down before he takes you down. Then I handed Kampmann a major ass whipping after learing all the elbows from The HIT Sqaud, he really never stood a chance. Got another UD against Amir and a Fight of the Night award, all he did was slam each other and throw punches. Now I'm fighting Jon Fitch for the right to face Koscheck in a title fight.

Last year, I shined for most of my submissions is my guy wasn't strong enough for the button smash, so I'm decent at it, although it does really take some work and I've gotten my Sub offense up to 70 and have reached Lvl. 3 on the Arm Triangle and the Knee Bar.

EDIT: Holy shit! Did I just seriously knock out Fitch with one lucky fucking punch? He went in to clinch, I pushed him away and hit a looping left hook to K.O. him. Damn. Koscheck's up next.

  16. Sometimes I get pretty lazy and just straight up do the automatic points, I usually only get about 20 at the most, but when my LHW career started coming to and end, I started to actually spar and got some solid points without a routine much.

Currently, with my Welterweight, I lost three straight to Matt Serra, Matt Hughes(on short notice), and to Rumble Johnson. I've got a fight with Karo which is basically a win and go back to the minor leauge fight.

  17. After beating Martin Kampmann to go 5-2 with a KO in the 2nd round i called out Karo Paryisan saying he got lucky which he did so in the main event of UFN and well he basically dominated me kept taking me down and eventually rear naked choked me in the 2nd :( So going to fight James Wilks in the Rubber match.

Also is there a big difference between the Level 1, 2 and 3 moves? If its level 3 is there more chance of it working and doing more damage or?

I found out that there actually is a difference. Not so much between 1 and 2, but once you hit three, you strikes do become stronger and inflict much more damgae. On my LHW career, I got the muay thai leg kicks both up to level three, it only takes two of them at the most before my opponent would fall flat on his ass. I only got the Peruvian Necktie up to level 2, but it was much easier to pull off the move when it was a level 2

And for submission help, I shine using my palm. Like that whole wax on, wax off.

    Mr. Miyagi is never wrong.
