Finally.

Bromley are in the Football League for the first time after beating Solihull Moors on penalties. It's the second time in three years that Solihull have lost in the final after extra time. They do, however, have another Wembley final next week in the FA Trophy, where they will play Gateshead.

This all seems like something Mr. Burns would do to try to seem more likeable.
-
It's a Wilson vs. Jones final. Let's hope Captain Mainwaring can keep the peace.

Boston have won in the National League North playoff final. It will be their first time in the National League since 2002 because they were moved straight down to the division below when they were relegated from the Football League in 2007.

Well it would appear barring something really unforeseen that Forest are going to stay up.
If not for the points deduction, they'd be safe now. This takes a lot of pressure off, though.
I'm happy to see Ryan Yates score his first Premier League goal. He's a homegrown player who also had a great loan spell at Notts County.

10 years after they should have gone down, Birmingham are relegated to League One then. Utter shambles of a club they have been this season.
I haven't had any strong opinions either way on Birmingham before this season, but they deserve what they got here. I'm sure plenty of people are enjoying Tom Brady getting a reality check.

Impressive stuff for Ipswich. Two consecutive promotions is a fine achievement.
As dangerous as pitch invasions are, I can't deny that they look great.

My prayers worked.
Now the tournament is really interesting. You've got only one former winner in Stuart Bingham, who is nine years removed from his first title. Kyren Wilson is a former runner-up and two-time losing semi-finalist looking to make the next step. David Gilbert lost in the final frame of his semi-final in 2019 and will want to make amends. Jak Jones is the big outsider playing in only his second semi-final in any tournament.

A big update is out on 15th May, although Steam players can get early access to it now. The promised city maps are in there, along with a range of options to customise difficulty and world settings.
Interior ship design is also being improved, and there will be a 60fps on Xbox Series X too.

Trump is gone, losing to Jak Jones. I'm praying that Bingham beats O'Sullivan later because otherwise, I think Ronnie has a clear path to victory.

That's three close quarter-finals and one thumping after the first session. I'd like to see Wilson and Jones go through, although I think Trump will pull away from the latter. O'Sullivan ought to beat Bingham, but a repeat of 2015 would be fantastic.

I'm sure whatever it is will leak before the show anyway, so it won't be much of a surprise. If it is Call of Duty, I wouldn't complain because at least it won't be part of the main show, and I can skip the follow-up.

As expected, this is the official date of the not E3 showcase, with the logo on the right teasing a "mystery game". I'd guess it's Gears 6 or a new Call of Duty.

It's thirty years since Roland Ratzenberger's death at Imola. It will be overshadowed by Senna's thirty-year anniversary tomorrow, so I think it's a good time to remember the lesser known tragedy that occurred that weekend.

Anyone who wins at the expense of Ronnie gets my support.

I wonder if this will be put forward as an excuse if English clubs don't do well in European competitions.

This starts in about twenty minutes.

The wage cap idea has been agreed upon by a majority of Premier League clubs. It will be based on the television revenue of the lowest-earning club.
Presumably, there's some sort of catch because I can't imagine the biggest clubs would willingly compromise their financial advantages.

Does it still have the really hard to understand map?
It isn't great, but there's an option to turn on an audio cue that tells you when you're going the right way.

Absolutely stick with it. Even better than the first game.
I've found it's become a bit more enjoyable over the following couple of hours, but I'm not sure if it's going to grab my attention for the 25 hours it's supposed to take to finish. I find that action games like this are most to my liking if they're fairly short.

Slot to Liverpool for £9.4 million seems to be agreed. Is that a good price to pay for a manager these days?

A Spanish site called Vandal, which previously reported accurate information about the Switch OLED, has claimed that Nintendo's next device will have magnetic Joycons and will be compatible with Switch Pro Controllers.

Dogfight reminded me a bit of Joust in that it was a highly mechanised event that involved the contenders barely touching each other. I loved the ridiculous gimmickry, but it never made for a compelling athletic contest.

I only started listening because I saw that someone other than Verstappen might win. I'm glad it was Lando.
