Spaced comes to mind instantly. Could have easily went to a third series.

Signing Kevin Doyle is the best thing to happen to Middlesbrough since Steve Gibson bought the club. I can't believe the effect he has had.

My laptop goes incredibly slow. I've only managed to get through the pre-season so far with Middlesbrough. They really have made the tactics mean more this time around. I was against Norwhich in my first match and they slaughtered us 3-0 in the first half. In the second half i changed my tactics and we ended up making a comeback to win 4-3. Once i get a season or two finished with Boro, and i get a feel for the game, i'll go for the "start unemployed" game.

Below is in spoiler tags because it may turn out to be a spoiler, but this is just a guess of what i think that teaser mentioned above will lead to ...

Same problem my end. I was so excited when i checked the post this afternoon, i finally had the only game i've bought in a while. Then i was faced with the key code conundrum and now it won't connect to the internet. I am prepared to wait until 2 in the morning to get this connected though.

Los Angeles (E! Online) – It may be more the provenance of Superman, but this time it's Batman who's entered Bizarro World.
Following the Joker, the Riddler, the Penguin and Two-Face in the Caped Crusader's pantheon of sworn nemeses, Batman is now set to face off against none other than...uh, Batman.
The mayor of Batman, a small oil-producing town in Turkey, has filed suit against The Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan and Warner Bros., the studio behind the record-shattering blockbuster, looking for a cut in the film's royalties in exchange for using the city's name without permission.
Which begs the question of where hizzoner has been the past 70 years.
"There is only one Batman in the world," Mayor Huseyin Kalkan said, per Variety. "The American producers used the name of our city without informing us."
In addition to the name share, Kalkan claims the emotional distress that apparently comes from having one of the most indelible superheroes share a moniker with your town has led to several unsolved murders and a high suicide rate.
A WB rep, meanwhile, says the studio has seen reports of the legal action in the media but have yet to receive any court papers.
Holy nutjob, Batman.

I was just thinking earlier about jazz music. Based on the limited amount of material i've listened to, i see it as stylish and alluring. Which is why i want to get into it. Problem is, i don't know where to start. Are there any jazz fans on this board who could point me in the right direction?

They are filmed well in advance though (like, a month or two). That is usually the case with Buzzcocks anyway.

Vote: Lamarr
There was pretty much no laughs in this week's. The whole bunny thing was horrid as well.
EDIT: Apostrophe, kid, apostrophe.

I don't really see it as a fault of the referee. Pulling the shirt is supposed to result in a foul, and if the shirt was pulled in the box then it is a penalty. Sure, the majority of referees wouldn't have made that decision, but that is their fault.

Got to love Diana. It is the first singer they have had in a good while that actually has a unique voice. Feel free to jump in and tell me that her voice isn't unique, but i for one have not anything similar. She, at least, isn't as generic as the others are.
Regardless though, i cannot see anyone but one of Cheryl's girls winning. They are just a cut above everyone else.

A boring afternoon so far. Not a single goal in the Premiership.

Am i the only one who doesn't see the appeal of the Gallows?

1) "Stadium Arcadium" by Red hot Chili Peppers - I've got the whole of that album on there. It isn't a bad song, but not my favourite on the album.
2) "So This Is Great Britain" by The Holloways - They haven't been doing much recently, and in truth i had totally forgotten about them, but i once liked them.
3) "Parabola" by Tool - One of my favourite tracks from the band, and maybe one of my most played, both on Last.fm and my MP3 player.
4) "Learn To Fly" by Foo Fighters - Who doesn't like this track?
5) "Discotech" by Young Love - IIRC, it was on the soundtrack for one of the FIFA games. I found it quite catchy at the time.
6) "Rock Me Amadeus" by Falco - For one reason or another, i love this track.
7) "Run" by Snow Patrol" - The song that makes people see "Chasing Cars" as the pile of trash that it is. A classic.
8) "The Power of Love" by Frankie Goes To Hollywood - Meh, guilty pleasure.
9) "The Prayer" by Bloc Party - Gone off this track lately. I used to love it though, listening to it at every chance. I also thought the video was great.
10) "Weekends And Bleak Days" by The Young Knives - A nice little fun track here. Not always tolerable, but it'll do.

As much as i'd love to go with a minor character, Farnsworth has probably given me the most laughs.

Sam Spade at 80 just makes me happy for being in the list. The lack of Walter Neff from Double Indemnity cancels that out though.
