It's the worst one of the 3 but I still thought it was pretty good

ZOMG!
Just what I wanted, loved 1-3 on the PS2 and have no plans for a PS3 anytime soon, I assume the Lost Planet and Dead Rising success helped Capcom with their decision

If your going to stick with the bigger sites, 1Up has by far the best podcasts, especially 1Up Yours and Retronauts if you like older games
Other then those, Orange Lounge Radio is good, especially if your into music games like DDR since DDR music is basically all they play when live shows aren't airing

I watch the show every week, not the greatest show but certainly not the worst. It's getting a little boring lately though with most of the immediate fallout of the bombs done with

I think Rare owns the rights to Killer Instinct though, not Nintendo. So it would still be possible for a Killer Instinct game. Rare has said a few times that they have no plans for Battletoads as they feel it is too difficult for todays gamers.
I totally agree though, I'd kill somebody to play either of those WWF games again, but I have no idea who current owns the rights to those games, the company who originally developed/produced them is defunct. They would need the company who owns the rights to the game as well as THQ

I never knew Turtles In Time came out for the arcades, it's entirely possible we could see it as well.
Hopefully The Simpsons arcade game comes out around the time The Simpsons movie does.

I just bought it, I've only made it to the title screen and it kicks all kind of ass...

It doesn't help that the show got banned from TVShowsOnDVD voting because of someone signing up under many different email addresses too.
Boy Meets World is one of my favs, Season 3 was the start of when the show started getting real good, Season 3 to 5 are my favourite seasons. Too bad I can't own them (legally) on DVD

XBLA gets shellshocked Wednesday
Ubisoft brings Konami's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game to Microsoft's downloadable game service this week.
Posted Mar 12, 2007 10:00 am PT
Microsoft today announced the latest release in its Xbox Live Arcade Wednesdays program, the 1989 coin-op beat-'em-up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Originally produced by Konami, the game is being offered on Live Arcade through an agreement with Ubisoft, the brand's current rights holder and publisher of its own line of movie-based TMNT games.
Developed by Digital Eclipse (the studio behind Live Arcade ports of Contra, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3), the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game will feature voice chat capability and online or offline cooperative multiplayer for up to four gamers.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is set to go live on XBLA this Wednesday at 2 a.m. PDT and will be available for 400 Microsoft points ($5).

I bought it, like everyone who has XBL should. Haven't played much of it

Has anyone had Crackdown freeze on them?
I have had no problems before with any games, but I just rented Crackdown and it always freezes on the loading screen before I get into the campaign. I hear the DVD drive in the 360 slow down and then stop completely, then the screen freezes and nothing works, even the guide button. Right afterwards I played Call of Duty for an hour with no problems so I doubt it has to do with the system.
The disk is flawless, minimal scratches. I have tried it 4 times and it always freezes there.

How did Wicker Man get away with no awards?
-
I'll be recording it tonight, I got room in my tv watching now that The O.C. is done.
And the show doesn't look half bad from the commercials, granted it could be because I've seen a commercial every 12 seconds while watching the other NBC shows I watch

My brother outgays you with "Barbie Girl" on his MP3 Player.
But yeah, Public Affair is so gay.
-
I played the demo, it was ok but not as good as the other 2.
I bought Fight For New York last week for $12, kick ass game, I'll probably just stick with the first 2 until at least a price drop
-
The thing that sort of throws this off is that Enchanted Arms can be had for $40 CDN or less(I got it for $20 CDN) whereas Oblivion is still $60 or $70 CDN.
I don't know if it's the same in other countries but if it is and you are into the classic RPG style then the best option might be save a little money and get Enchanted Arms to play until Blue Dragon comes out in a few months. Then wait for a price drop on Oblivion. Not looking at prices though Oblivion is with out a doubt the better game

Did not know whether this should go in Entertainment or Frog Splash, figured here since it is a movie.
Trailer was just released, did a search and couldn't find anything

Looks cheesy as hell but for some reason I want to see it.
What do you all think?

MuchVibe is doing a Top 50 Rap/R&B videos of all-time also
I turned to it, saw:
37. Bow Wow F. Ciara - Like You
And turned it off...
The MuchLoud list is awesome compared to the Top 100 Videos that was posted above, that ignored that music videos existed before 1999
-
I know these lists are shit but this list wasn't half bad until the end. It just aired on MuchLoud: The Channel
50. Weezer - Hash Pipe
49. The White Stripes - Fell In Love With A Girl
48. Sum 41 - Fat Lip
47. Bif Naked - Moment of Weakness
46. Good Charlotte - The Anthem

44. AC/DC - For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)

36. Rob Zombie - Living Dead Girl
35. Simple Plan - I'd Do Anything
34. Audioslave - Doesn't Remind Me

11. Deftones - Change (In the House of Flies)
10. Billy Talent - River Below
9. Marilyn Manson - Beautiful People
8. Alexisonfire - Pulmonary Archery
7. Linkin Park - In The End
6. Green Day - Jesus Of Suburbia
5. System Of a Down - Chop Suey!
4. Rage Against the Machine - Guerilla Radio
3. Three Days Grace - (I Hate) Everything About You
2. Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit
1. Korn - Freak On A Leash
The list was going pretty good with a few exceptions until the top 5 where it went to shit. Three Days Grace should not be near the top 10 let alone #3, the Korn video is a good video but not as good as Nirvana, Guns N' Roses, Metallica, or Soundgarden just to name a few. Plus they seemed to forget that these lists can have more then 1 video by a band... they were basically just listing the top 50 bands rather then videos.
The biggest omissions I can see are U2 and Pearl Jam, both of which should be in the top 10.
-
I suppose you lot will say Aqua fit into this.
-
This is hilarious, but probably not as funny if watched by someone who knows nothing about the actual show.
-
The new program, you can earn a copy of Contra from the XBLA and an exclusive gamerpic at the lowest level, but the highest level(the one I could easily be in by the time it starts Feb 12) you could get Fuzion Frenzy 2, Contra, 200 M$ points and an exclusive gamerpic.
Unfortunately, the first challenge is US only, hopefully they open it up worldwide, I want a free copy of Fuzion Frenzy 2
-
I really want a Toronto Maple Leafs gamer pic, but I am not willing to give out money for it. If that was the reward, that would be awesome enough for me.

I remember reading a Sports Illustrated Article that showed the after effects of the Quebec/Philly, I'll try and find it as it showed a graphic of how that trade basically gave the Avalanche the key players of their stanley cups (Roy, Bourque, etc.)

Just saw the video on YouTube, I think the song is pretty good. Although I think it sounds weird since Mike Shinoda is barely in the song. Without the rap it just doesn't have that Linkin Park vibe to it for me. My favourite Linkin Park songs are the songs that have a good mix of Mike and Chester.
The video is pretty cool though
