  1. This really does sound interesting. I may pick up the PS3 version when it comes out. It seems like the Wii versions of most multi-platform games lack in comparison to their siblings. I wasn't a huge fan of Paper Mario so hopefully this brings something different to the table. And I really, really hated a lot of the un-needed story in the Sonic Adventure games. It bothered me just as much as when the Mega Man games made their way to the Playstation. Platformers need to stay platformers. Period.

  2. Recorded 40 Days and 40 Nights off Comedy Central the other night. Not sure if it was during their "Secret Stash" or not, which is when they usually play the unedited movies. Its usually 1am Sunday mornings or some shit like that.

I forget what station it was, but when I lived on Long Island, there was one station that edited so poorly, it sounded like it was dubbed by an old lady. Dumb, but somehow funny at the same time.

  3. Death Cab For Cutie = the sex. Get "Transatlanticism", "Plans" and "The Photo Album"...and get The Postal Service album as well. They're like one of my favourite bands...EVER.

    And you can't go wrong with Terrible Twos, which is the New Amsterdams/Matt Pryor kids album..."1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7...7, 8, 9, 10, 11...When I get to 11, I don't wanna grow no more".

  4. Like Scott said, definetly try a single disk or something before you go out and buy a huge multi-pack. I personally use DVD+RW's with my DVD recorder and I love it. Just see what works for you.

  5. I'm not really surprised that PS2 has outlived Gamecube and X-Box. Always saw it coming I guess. In my opinion, PS2 won the "console wars" that generation.

Though I highly doubt PS3 will win this generation. Wii seems like the best one to me.

Dreamcast was technically part of that generation. The fact that you left them out means, I suppose, it lost.

  6. Most of our newer stuff is pretty garbage. I have always liked King of Queens and Just Shoot Me. I don't care for any of the others though.

The War at Home ... really the only thing it has going for it is Michael Rappaport.
