Eddie Howe took Bournemouth from League 2 to the PL. granted he left in the middle and came back but pretty sure he was responsible for every promotion.

Also, Northampton take the final automatic spot in League 2. I get why fans want to run on the pitch but I can’t say I like it. Let the players enjoy it without being swarmed. Perhaps it’s purely because I know if I was in that situation and I got rushed by strangers I’d lose my mind.

That’s definitely penalty for me. Nunez gets the ball, Diop wildly swings a leg and catches Nunez’s trailing leg as he continues his natural motion.

Unrelated, I noticed that 5 of the 6 teams currently in the top 6 of League 1 have at one time or another played in the Premier League. Had a check and over half the football pyramid (50 teams) have now had at least one season in the EPL.
