Ngannou looked like the better boxer tonight, which is amazing.
Kudos to him for putting the work in and his trainers. They all did a great job.

If you haven't played FF7R yet, you can get it (and I think the DLC?) and the sequel in a twin pack... for the same price as the sequel.
Looks like the DLC is included. I never actually played the DLC so I'm probably going to take advantage of this deal.

This is not fun. I believe this will be our 13th loss in a row. Not posting for pity or whatever but I mean we are showing no signs we are ever going to improve so I'm out on this and maybe all Bears games for a while
Three games into the season and Bears' fans feel completely broken.
I don't think the team lacks talent to the extent their performance indicates. It's on the HC and OC. The Bears have looked woefully under-prepared in all three games; the play calling on both sides of the ball has been abysmal and lacking any creativity; and Justin Fields looks completely lost out there.
I saw a stat that the Bears have never fired a HC during the season but it feels like a move that absolutely needs to be made. If the Bears lose to the Broncos - Eberflus needs to go.
Right now the Bears own picks 1 and 4 in the 2024 NFL Draft and I can't even get excited about that. We could land Caleb Williams and Marvin Harrison Jr and find a way to only put up 10 points a game.

Having an absolute nightmare this season.

Sam Campbell using his one question in the live task to ask whether Greg was a child of divorce had me crying with laughter.

Like A Dragon (The new name for the Yakuza series) Infinite Wealth is coming out in January. Just weeks before Persona 3 Reloaded & Final Fantasy 7-R2. The first two months of the year are just stellar.
If the Silent Hill 2 remake drops around that time I'm going to be so broke.

It's a crazy season when Jerome Ford costs more on waivers than Breece Hall.

Not sure if the Bucs just outmatch us or our line is trash but Fields has been sacked 5 times so far! This is just rough to watch. How many weeks before I'm not being hyperbolic in wondering if we are getting the number one pick again?
Our o-line is trash for sure and Fields holds onto the ball for way too long.

The Bears fucking sucked. No other way to put it.
Awful play calling on both sides of the ball, mediocre talent, and poor execution.

I know the Chiefs will get Kelce back soon but they really need to trade for someone at the WR spot. It's been absolutely brutal for Mahomes tonight with all the drops.

I'm in if it's not too late to join.

Ended up getting this instead of BG3 because Game Pass was $1 for the month on PC. Can't beat that.
Played about an hour of Starfield so far and it's not really gripping me, to be honest. Visually it's a huge step up for a Bethesda game but it feels big and empty - which is a problem I have with space games in general. Maybe it's just not for me. I'll play some more though and see how I go.
On the plus side, it's been remarkably bug-less and jank-free so far.

I'm in the end-game of FFIX, and there is shit I had no memory of, to the point that I don't think I ever knew about it first time around.
So...once you get to Chocobo Paradise, and then find every hidden treasure on the world map with Choco, and then Choco decides to come and stay with you instead of in Paradise, if you go back and challenge Fat Chocobo to a game of cards, he'll tell you to go and visit every beach in the world. You then have to go and set foot - not on a Chocobo - on every beach on the world map, and press Circle, a button which doesn't mean "interact with" in any other context for the rest of the game, and it makes a noise. Once you've done that for all 21 beaches, you can heal your entire party just by going to the beach. An insane sequence of events.
There's also another side-quest I missed, as apparently did almost everyone because it doesn't make any sense, of the identical Tantalus guys running out of the theatre and saying that they can't find a member of their family. You have to go back to them after each boss fight in Memoria, despite nothing indicating that these two things are in any way connected.
Just really ridiculous stuff all round. Nothing quite as bad as some of FF8's secrets that are utterly impossible to figure out without a strategy guide, but some serious nonsense all the same. The FFIX official guide was the last one I ever purchased. It didn't tell you a lot of the secret stuff, it just clickbaited you into going to the official website. Next to useless if you didn't have internet access.
I actually checked that guide out recently and the pages that it sends you to don't work any more.
