Welp, i'm excited for the game. But I don't use the features they took out, so I don't care.

I don't think anyone believes 2K is twirling their collective mustache, laughing gleefully as they cut down the number of CAW slots, they're just rightfully annoyed that popular features are getting cut.

Yeah, it's a jump to new consoles, but if that's their excuse, they're expecting people to pay full price for a game that isn't finished. 2K is a massive company, not some band of plucky developers just trying to make it, if they can't figure out how to adapt to new consoles, then they're releasing a half-assed product.

I hope I'm wrong. I hope it turns out to be a good game, but it sounds like yet another disappointment.

Because they lowered the amount of CAW slots due to the improvement of the overall CAW quality it means the game isn't finished? Seriously. That's pretty ridiculous to say concerning we know almost next to nothing about the game. Smackdown Just Bring it was the first WWE game on PS2, it sucked. Shut Your Mouth was the second and it was much better.

What are the upgrades to Universe mode? I haven't heard anything about it at all.

Ha, I didn't know people took Kotaku seriously anymore. Garbage site not worth much. Metacritic is the be all end all for me. It's an 82 currently based on 62 reviewers.

There's always one reviewer for everything that wants to be the one person to shit on something. I saw a review for Guardians of the Galaxy that rated it as a 3 and said it was a horrid movie. Come on now.

Same goes for Alien Isolation. IGN gave it a 5.9 or something. That's ridiculous considering they rated Evil Within like an 8 despite Alien being the superior game. Don't let one bad review dissuade you. The humor is great and the music is implemented amazingly. Check it out for yourself, its worth it.

Knotfest this weekend was an insanely awesome time. Cannibal Corpse, Devil Driver and Napalm Death killed it. Slipknot was pretty awesome too. Overall a great time and worth the 16 hours of driving it took to get there!

I'm assuming due to technical limitations with the hardware and also space available on the disk. Current gen now uses Blu-Ray which has significantly more storage space than say the Xbox 360. Plus, building that mode from the ground up on both versions of the game would surely cause it to be a bit lackluster.

As to the comment about the lack of content in the Rivalry mode, each one's match listings have been revealed and there's like 15-20 matches in each one. I think that's about the same as Attitude Era mode and can't wait to play it.

Same situation here. Just kinda moved on after that time jump issue. Not that it was bad, just weird. I'll probably pick it up again when there's a bunch to read.

I thought the episode was good enough tonight. I gotta tell ya, this doesn't feel like a final season to me. I mean, we're over halfway through and there is no real clear direction where things are going to end up.

Bobby paying the price for Jax's sins after coming back to help him last season really did seem impactful, but that's about it. Little creep kid finding overhearing Gemma's confession just means he's going to be a focal point for the big reveal. Joy. So that means we get a totally lame reveal for Jax.

Pretty much, this season feels like a video game where you do all the side missions and none of the main story/plot developing ones.

So I didn't realize this until way late in the game, but burning bodies is only to conserve ammo. Burning dead bodies is useless. So what i've learned to do is when there are a group of guys ganging up on me, i'll just run around and get them together, aim at their feet with a boomstick and light them all on fire with one match. Very helpful in the later stages of the game. I'm digging it well enough, but it isn't the best game. It's pretty much just RE4 with a new skin and story. Not that anything is wrong with that.

Hey I'm not disputing it. Gotta be one of the best with his filmography. Every movie he was in is world renowned.

Just got around to seeing Dawn of the Planet of the Apes tonight and really enjoyed it. Liked it better than the first one.

Just got tickets to Knotfest this weekend. Fucking stoked to see DevilDriver, Cannibal Corpse and Testament. Looks like a killer show. 8 hour drive is worth it.

Thing about Manhunt was you were finding and killing violent gang members that would kill you the first chance they got. This game is just you killing "women and the men that love them". Just nuts that someone thought this was a good idea.

Looks like you guys have covered pretty much every opinion here. What the hell are they thinking? This is just a horrid idea. Seeing the dude grab the chick towards the end, shove the gun in her mouth and see the aftermath was just unsettling. Yeah, sure. I've killed a ton of civilians in GTA and i've killed countless people in COD type games, but this is just ridiculous. This kind of shit is why the media shits all over the gaming community. Fuck this studio, I hope they go out of business ASAP.

The disk versions of games are different sizes than the digital versions, at least with the ones i've bought. Titanfall is 45 gigs while its like 30 off disk, iirc.
