  1. That trailer was badass. And after looking at the IMDB page of it, Samuel L Jackson was casted as Nick Fury, and Ghostface Killah makes a cameo (his rap alias is Tony Stark). So, that just added to the excitement. Cannot wait for this.

  2. I thought it was really good actually. Some really solid tracks including "The People", "Start The Show", "Drivin' Me Wild", "Misunderstood", and "The Game". I think it's one of the best hip hop albums I've heard this year.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, there really isn't much competition <_<

Well, there's always Talib and Pharaohe Monch's albums. Oh, and T.I. :shifty: And this thread has kind of sold me on listening to Finding Forever. I've had it for a while, but never really took a listen to it.

  4. I thought the Tom Hanks part was probably the best bit in the movie. Beside that, great movie. I haven't actually enjoyed the Simpsons in a while, but that sure as hell made up for 5 or so mediocre seasons.

  5. Cypress Hill was amazing. I can't believe he cleared that entire bong (it was like, 4 feet high). Wu-Tang was great of course, but not flawless. They didn't play some obvious songs (Bring Da Ruckus and Gravel Pit) and also, my favorite member of the Clan wasn't there (Ghostface). And apparently, Method Man has a fetish for stage diving. That was pretty cool standing on the hands of everyone and then jumping in during M.E.T.H.O.D. Man.

  6. I couldn't tell you since I never been to that place, or Tennessee. You'll be able to see which section is which price tommorrow when they go on sale.

I will say this, expect to pay at least 15-20 bucks over face value.

  7. Oh, and the best porn is usually on BangBros. I had a hacked password there for like, a year, then it died :( It has seriously diminished my porn watching <_< My First Sex Teacher and My Friends Hot Mom are cool too.

Bangbros is good if you fap with assistance and enjoy 3 minuts of actual porn action and 20 minutes of girls jumping up and down.

  8. Coming up I have:

    7/12 TOOL

    7/15- Dispatch at MSG

7/26 Rock The Bells (Wu Tang, Nas, Cypress Hill, Talib Kweli)

    7/29 311/Matisyahu

    8/2 Dave Matthews Band

    8/10 O.A.R.

Sometime in fall- State Radio, possibly Arrogant Sons of Bitches, and possibly MC Lars/Aquabats

  9. New information about Yi:

Questions surround his real birthdate, as his official passport and hukou (residency papers) in China have him listed as being born on October 27, 1987. However, it has been rumored that his date of birth may have been intentionally falsified so he could play in junior competitions. The estimates of his birth year are between 1981 and 1984. In 2004, he was listed as being born in 1984 in China's Four Nation Tournament, although authorities said it was only a "typo". NBA draft site DraftExpress.com also listed him as being born in 1984. A news reporter from WEEI in Boston, Mickey Adams, who can speak Mandarin and Cantonese can confirm in private conversations that Yi is not really sure how old he is but believes he was born in 1984 because of a baby picture of himself with a newspaper dated December 29, 1984 in the background.

The Houston Chronicle's Fran Blinebury reported that Yi told Shane Battier he was 24 in an exhibition game before the 2006 FIBA World Championship. If this statement were true, it would place Yi's year of birth in either 1981 or 1982 (the 2006 Worlds were held in August and September, before Yi's listed birth date of October 27). However, a Chinese newspaper reported that Battier disavowed the comment attributed to him.Yi has gone on record saying that he did not talk to Battier about his age and that he was born in 1987 and that anyone saying anything else would be slandering him.

  10. I love this trade for the Celtics. Jeff Green is a pretty good player, but honestly, he wasn't really neccesary. The Celtics still have Paul Pierce and now Ray Allen, and Ray Allen as of right now is better than Jeff Green (and I'm pretty sure that he won't be as good when he reaches his full potential either). Plus, we already have our future SG in Gerald Green. This trade also makes a playoff contender. Pierce/Allen/Jefferson is a deadly three man combo.

I also really like the picks of Big Baby Davis and Pruitt. Pruitt provides some much needed PG depth (West was traded, and Rondo will start). Rondo/Pruitt is a pretty good young duo at PG. Rondo will be the better of the 2 though. Davis is an interesting pick. He has quite a bit of potential, but some say his weight is a concern. I think it's worth the pick though, and hopefully he can fill in well at center (Perkins is as one dimensional as they come).

    As for other winners/losers:

    Winners:

    1. Portland- Far and away the winners of the draft. Oden, Fernandez, Frye, McRoberts, Green, Nichols, and Koppenen. Add that to an already good young team including Roy, Jack, and Aldridge. I mean...are you kidding me? This team is just going to be flat out ridiculous in 2-3 years. Hell, they might be a playoff team next year.

    2. Charlotte- I really liked their decision to trade Wright for Richardson. Richardson is the veteran 2 guard that this team needs. Wright is a good player, but I think they're set with Okafor, May, and Brezec. Dudley should be a quality role player in his career, and Davidson provides some depth at forward.

    3. Seattle- Losing Ray Allen hurts, but they more than made up for it. Durant and Green are going to be a dangerous duo in years to come. I like the addition of Delonte because he will most likely be the PG (I see Ridnour being traded). Sczerbiak should be either a good guy off the bench, or a decent starting SG (unfortunately, his contract sucks).

    Losers:

    1. Milwaukee- It sucks when your number one draft pick has no interest in playing for you at all. Yi is most likely never going to play for the Bucks, and this is a wasted pick, depending on what they can get for him. If they can get someone like Biedrins or Ellis from Golden State, then it wasn't a wasted pick and they shouldn't be considered losers.

    2. Philadelphia- I didn't think it was possible to be a loser when you have 3 1st round picks, but the Sixers proved me wrong. The first problem I have is that they took Thad Young over guys that could help them more, such as Stuckley, Wright, or Young. Then, they actually fulfilled a need at SG with Cook...but traded him to Miami. They did end up trading for Derrick Byars, but like I said, they could have had Stuckley or Young, who are better players.

    3. Phoenix- I don't think that Alando Tucker fits, or was he a need. Also, them selling their pick to Portland was pretty hilarious. However, they might get Frye instead of just 3 million, which will be really good.

I disagree on that Celtics trade. Ray Allen's 32 and as you said, they already have their future SG in Gerald Green, who now has to continue coming off the bench for the next 2-3 years. 2-3 years in which Ray Allen will continue to decline. The Celtics now have a very small 3-4 year window to make the playoffs, before Ray Allen is useless and Peirce starts to decline. And even if they make the playoffs, there's no NBA championship in their future.

Ray Allen was worth just about the 5th overall pick and obviously someone needed to be thrown in to make the money work, but instead they threw in Delonte too. I really hope they can move Ratliff's contract for something good, otherwise they'll be back to being a slightly above average 5-8 seed team in the playoffs.

If you don't know what kind of music Girl Talk is, it's mashups that this guy did using his laptop, which he has on stage and he like, dances around and stuff <_
