Well, we did say it a lot...
-
I heard Wiseman before that (which is a good song) and it sparked my interest to borrow the album.
Suffice to say if I had just heard it now, I would never have listened to the album

Shaun of the Dead: 10/10 Fourth time watching it and it's still amazing.
-
The more I hear You're Beautiful, I feel like slicing my wrists.
It's the worst track on the album and everyone is singing it.
-
I only really bought it for Liam Gallagher's interviews and the reviews of Parklife and Definately Maybe but I found myself reading all of it and enjoyed it.
-
I, also, can't wait for David Grey's album but I'm a fan of James Blunt's album.
You're Beautiful is annoying as shit but Goodbye My Lover is a good track, same with Tears and Rain.

It is pretty funny. Especially when Vaughn starts calling the booth guys "assholes" or something to that effect.
-
Ah, thanks. I was thinking it was weird that they let that go on the DVD.
-
So I bought the Dodgeball DVD on Monday and I've watched the films, all the extras and everything so I decide to put the commentary on when I'm falling asleep.
It starts with Vince Vaughn and the director there, but no Ben Stiller because he's turned up late, then they talk about Ben and how he's an ass and everything. Stiller comes in after 20 minutes and he and the director have a big argument so the director walks out. The guys behind the booth try to get things under control but Vince swears at them all the time, he and Stiller talk for a bit then they both leave. So, the guys behind the booth put the "There's Something About Mary" commentary over it for the rest of the film (about 50 minutes)
What the fuck is with that? Is that real or a big act? Does anyone know? (If they have the DVD)

Nine Black Alps are brilliant, Dragsy.
I missed the opportunity to go and see them live at the Uni which I was gutted about. But at least seeing Hard-Fi might make up for it.

Ollie, nearly every band on there has confirmed they're writing music for a second album.

I've never got the McClaren love
Stuart Pearce would be good but he's not experienced enough yet. This is his first full season in management.
-
NYC's like a Jegard is great. I'll definately look for the next EP and maybe the album.
EDIT: And the others are better.
-
I've heard a bit about them but never heard anything by them. Any song in particular I should search for?
-
I suppose Choo Choo is quirkier than Oh My God, granted.
But I can imagine Fake Tales of San Francisco being played on Radio 1 and it going straight to the A-List (Much like Hard to Beat did).
Also the crowd at the V Festival singing the first 2 verses of Scummy has to count for some sort of popularity.

The same could be said about Kaiser Chiefs. I always thought that about I Predict a Riot.
-
Jook, Please post the NIN vs. Bloc Party song. I beg you.

I'd mark for Allardyce as the next manager.
But I completely agree with Defoe and Rooney up front, maybe Owen for the World Cup depending on how he does at Newcastle this season.
Is Beckham playing as a Holding Player? If so, Scott Parker is much better for that role. Play Beckham on the right wing, Gerrard and Lampard in the centre and Cole or Wright-Phillips on the left.
Phil Neville should play at right-back but only for this game as someone said, he's gonna know all about Giggs.

I'm not a big fan of Kasabian, but I do like Reason for Treason and "Hopes and Fears" by Keane is fantastic easy listening.
Coldplay for me are massively overrated. Their songs are just so boring and I hate Martin's voice for some reason. "X and Y" to me sounds like an Arena Rock band.
Now, the Arctic Monkeys are going to be huge. Has anyone heard anything by them, and if so, do you agree?
-
I thought Kaiser Chiefs were quite big over there? After Live 8 and what have you.

I'm into my 3rd season and I'm at Strasbourg after being sacked by Wigan for offering an ultimatum.
I got Wigan promoted in the first season, bought Mikael Forssell and got them 7th in their First PL Season and I get sacked when I ask for more wages
But, now I'm at Strasbourg who are in the French Second League. Played 18, Won 14, Drawn 4 and Lost 0. Nonda is a god. 19 goals in 20 games.

Are Brand New the band who had Sic Transit Gloria out as a single?
-
I'm not doubting that Definately Maybe will be around longer, I'm just saying I like listening to Stars Of CCTV more.
Give me some good live comedy stuff!

Ross Noble, Lee Evans and Jack Dee are all you need.
Fuck Peter Kay, he's terrible.
