I pretty much agree with Squancho, but I think very few people can pull off politics successfully, them being Springsteen, Dylan, Joe Strummer/The Clash, Morrissey, and Bob Geldof.

Most other bands can strike it lucky with one political song, but that lot are the only ones who can really make a career out of it.

EDIT: And when bands like NOFX and Good Charlotte try to be political or whatever, it actually makes me sick. NOFX are just "Boo! Bush sucks!" and Good Charlotte's anti-suicide song, whatever it was called, was appalling and offended me in how hideously unknowledgeable they were about the subject.

And I agree with everyone above - those who do it well hooray, those who don't boo.

I dunno what you'd call it but Opeth have some badass "epic" style songs

AUGH, NO!  His character in Heavyweights was THE MAN.  Ben Stiller could never hope to reach such heights again.  His Dodgeball character is a sad Tony-wannabe.

However, I may see the movie for Stephen Root and Rip Torn.

TS1 > Finding Nemo > Monsters Inc > TS2 > * > Bugs Life.

Bugs Life was ass. Rest was fab.

Bleh. I don't think it'd work for a full movie. The sketches are pretty funny but I think it'd get kinda old in a 90min+ flick. Anyway, I like the Chapelle Show. Pretty funny, but it gets overrated by its fanboys.

The Punisher - Hell yeah! Great violence, great one liners, I loved this movie so much.

After Travolta dies, when the cars go up in the shape of the punisher logo, THE ENTIRE CINEMA CHEERED!

Anyway, even thought it may not be a cinematic piece of brilliance, and it's certainly no Eternal Sunshine, but it was a great fun movie. 8.5/10.

Xavier Rudd. Even more chilled than Jack Johnson, and that's saying something.

Take off of all the old Rebel Without A Cause, Grease style flicks. Tis great.

Both of those bands make me dance, but I doubt I'd pay the ungodly prices here to see them live.

The sound effects when they hit were great. "YUGHARAHHH!!!" And how can you go wrong playing on a football ground with scattered pits everywhere filled with stakes?

I thought it was alright. Good, fun movie. Not every movie has to be Eternal Sunshine or Lost In Translation...

Living End are badass. Offspring is a guilty pleasure. Other than that, not a huge fan of the other bands but who cares. Free tickets. Go and have a good time even if there's lame bands playing.

Something about it just wouldn't seem right. It'd be to Hollywood for a Bond film if Tarantino directed it.
