I always try to go English as well, but mainly when looking for youth players. When I need an established player I'll normally go foreign, as a foreign player will nearly always be cheaper than an English player of the same quality. Only four of my current starting XI are english though, but for the last England game six of my players gor called up to the England squad.

Yeah, Lesley went, and Roberto was a twat to Maxwell, tipping a dish of food over his head. To be honest I think Max did really well not to retaliate to that, as a lot of people damn sure would of.

Personally, I think raising the ticket prices by 54% is way too much, but the fact was, are ticket prices were very low for a top club, and even a number of mid table clubs have higher prices than us right now. And even after this 54% rise, our prices will still be cheaper than Chelsea's.

I would rather see a champions ONLY league. What i meant to say in my previous post, was that knowing that it is really hard to do that nowadays, because of the money envolved, and power positions some clubs hold, i understand why there's the need of having more than 1 team from the wealthier leagues. This situation already helps the clubs from said leagues, who no longer need to win it to be in the european CL. I don't understand how some teams who were 4th (in this case Everton) could still complain of not being in it, as 1 - i don't see why the 4th placed team of ANY league should be in it, and 2 - it isn't written anywhere in the UEFA competitions rulebook that a 4th place team gets a spot in the CL.

I agree with you that Man Utd or Arsenal haven't won the League as well as Everton. What i was saying was just they were closer to it, and if there's the need of having more teams from the premiership (or spanish and italian leagues) getting CL places, at least those teams should have been closer to the title. I don't think of this as a good solution... My main intention with this observation was that the 4th placed team didn't have much to argue about if the FA had picked Liverpool instead of them. Cause at least Liverpool were the defending Champions.

Either way, as i said before, none of this matters now, as the decision was made.

Oh, if anyone doesn't mind exploiting flaws in the match engine I found a guaranteed way to score from corners fairly often.

Have all your players that you have forward either on the near post, far post or challenging the keeper excpe toyur best long shooter. Have him (Guarin for me) set to hover outside the area (or whatever it is). Have your corners taken to him, as he will never be marked, and if he's good at long shots he should get you a damn lot of goals from it.

You should take pity on a shit player and sign him to a stupidly high contract for a few years. It'd be like doing your own kind of charity work. That or just keep signing the most expensive player, I'd imagine you could do it at least twice over.

In my 2015 game I have a transfer budget of £170m. I would spend it all, but I just can't bring myself to turn a loss of over £100m for a season. 'Tis way too easy to get quality players for cheap on this game.

My hatred level for Lesley just went up. Really pissed me off when she tried to make out she was saying sorry to Sam out of the kindness of her heart.

For that amount of money you can buy practically anyone in the world, I'm sure it can't be that hard to find a world class player. Also, its very hard to recommend players for you to sign in your third season, as the game could of changed a damn lot in that time.
