So I decided on Dragon Age Inquisition and picked it up pre-owned for 2900 pennies.

I didn't realise it was like a proper RPG style game like with that tactical combat system, as I've never actually played an RPG game like that before.

I did the Dragon's Keep bit before starting and I've created my character, and I've just cleared the first rift and have decided to take the mountain path. My question is, do I have to use that tactical combat system or can I always just use the standard way of fighting? Like will there come a point where the tactical system is a necessity due to difficulty or whatever.

It's all a bit overwhelming.

The latest I read was ITV wanted them and would run the show in the exact same time slot as Top Gear.

Reported in the Mirror yesterday and saw it on a few online sites also.

So should I pick this up now? Or wait for a price drop?

With the Witcher 3 coming out, you can get a taste of that FAR better even if it is a bit more.

I went for The Last of Us, it looks good and I was able to pick it up pretty cheap. So thanks to whoever it was that suggested that.

I also saw two other games that I like the sounds of, Arcania and Lords of the Fallen.

I hope Kliq doesn't get GTA, half of us will be banned for life. >_>

It's about £30/35 for a years subscription and allows you to play online and some other things. You also get access to 4/5 free games every month and some discounts in the PSN store.

Just Wikipedia Playstation Plus for the other features. I would have thought you'd get at least a free month with your new console.

Dragon Age and Bloodborne are probably the most value for money if you're paying full price for them all. I'd definitely wait for price drops on The Order and DMC while Dying Light falls somewhere in the middle.

I presume you're getting Plus sorted? I'd definitely recommend getting that all set up in May so you can pick up Guacamelee for free too.

All these games look good but just wanting to hear others thoughts on them. Worth playing or skip? I'm hoping I can pick some of them up pretty cheap now as well.

The console came bundled with "Infamous Second Son" I should add.

At the time I was very disappointed that Ronnie was knocked out, it was him that got me interested in snooker and I always root for him even when he's being a prat, but on reflection I'm relieved because there was no chance he would have beaten Trump given both players current form.

I will say that I am glad that Trump and Robertson were knocked out. Robertson has an arrogance about him that I just do not like and Trump is still a bit wet behind the ears.

Overall it has been nice to be able to watch completely unbiased over the last few days.

I've a wedding tomorrow so I'm annoyed I won't be able to watch the final sessions live. Very inconsiderate of the groom and bride to ask me to be a groomsman >_>

Seems like there's very little in the way of media this year.

To be fair, I'd be happy with the mode as is if they can just get the branching storylines to actually take place and prevent the same match from main eventing 10 Raws in a row.

So got my PS3 at the weekend, got it rigged up with my new surround sound (and the game sounds absolutely fucking amazing which is a feat in itself considering I thought it sounded amazing before) and then finally started playing this yesterday afternoon, before I knew it it was 10pm... and I've only just arrived at Riverwood.

It's hard to believe how much has come back to me considering I haven't played for over a year.

Love this game.

My first-gen PS3 finally shat itself last October when I tried to play GTA V on it >_> and with it went my two years of progress on Skyrim, this was truly heartbreaking as I've never invested so much time in a game before.

Thankfully I'll be getting a new PS3 here in the next month or so and I have the choice of getting a few games with it. I've still got my old Skyrim disk but I'm contemplating getting the Legendary edition. Are the DLCs worth playing seeing as I'll be starting from scratch again?

Here's one I whipped up. There's not much space to work with but I think it turned out alright given the limitations. I used the roman numeral VI from the forum logo to try and make it match the look of the board and stuff.
