Jordan Peele is a treasure
Anyone else get the chills when the slowed down remix of I Got 5 On It started playing??
Granted he is only 2 movies deep, but Jordan Peele is the closest thing to a modern day Hitchcock we have.

The way I look at it, Baker was more of an MVP than Saquon, in the fact he was more valuable to his organization.
You take Saquon away from the Giants, and they still have the same W-L record.
You take Baker away from Cleveland, and they dont have a drastically different record.
Just off of value brought to the team, Baker wins hands down, for me.

Cases can be made for Saquon Barkley and Phillip Lindsay.
Dark houses would be Calvin Ridley and Lamar Jackson,

I'm sure she is awful. Just feels off and a little pointless when you already outlined a perfectly reasonable reason nobody would want to sign him already. This is no where near as bad when someone here was talking about Kap not getting signed because of his wife or girlfriend or whatever but just felt unnecessary.
I got you, but the Dolphind owner, Stephen Ross came right out and admitted that her antics were the reason they cut her husband.
Like I said, shes been perfectly fine in Tampa. No issues.
But, much like Lavar Ball, it is talked about on a pro/con list on whether to sign one of his sons.
But, that is all I will say about it. Moving on to more important topics than an aging football players spouse.
Go Bucs!!!

When you said "not to mention" you probably should have actually gone with that notion
I mean, its widely known throughout the league. It's the reason the left Dolphins got rid of him. The owner admitted that Brent was let go because of his wife's antics. She went on an antisemitic twitter rant against the Dolphins owner. She got arrested for fighting cops at a Dolphins game. If you sign him, you have to deal with her, she likes it like that and makes no apologies. She never was an issue in Tampa, but it's part of his package.
Maybe instead of nutcase, I should have said controversial.

Bucs CB Brent Grimes said he felt disrespected by the team all year because coaches wanted him to shadow the opponents best receiver.
He said that his salary of 7 million a year was too low for being asked to be a shit down corner. He was asked to shadow Amtonio Brown in week 3, and he said after that, it soured him on the whole season.
He said he should be playing zone. He also said that he was always told he should try to drive a RB inside, so someone else could tackle them, and that the team wanted him to play the edge, and try to bring them down.
So, anyone in the market for an aging CB, who doesn't like shadowing the opponents best WR and doesn't like tackling RBs, not to mention a headcase for a wife, Brent Grimes is your guy.

The Pittsburgh Post Gazette is reporting that Antonio Brown didn't miss this weeks game because of an injury, but because if disciplinary issues.
After JuJu Smith Schuster was voted team MVP by the players, Brown had an altercation with an unnamed teammate during Wednesday's practice, and then threw a football in anger at that player.

With Koetter and Gase gone today, only one of the seven head coaches hired three years ago is still in that job: Eagles coach Doug Pederson.
-
Apparently Jimmy Haslam is a huge fan of Adam Gase, so some beat writers are reporting he is a "strong possibility"

Something something ***health issues*** something something
Just now, Maxx said:Arians says he's only coming out of retirement if its to coach the Browns. Which I hope happens, that would be super fun.
Ian Rapport just reported that he just spoke to Bruce Arians, and he said he would listen to the Bucs because he worked with Jason Licht in Arizona
-
As a Bucs fan, the people here are clamoring for Bruce Arians. But I want
HC Jack Del Rio
OC Joe Lombardi
DC Todd Bowles
-
The Bucs have fired Dirk Koetter but are retaining GM Jason Licht
Wild Card Weekend
*Eagles at Bears
*Seahawks at Cowboys
*Chargers at Ravens
*Colts/Titans winner at Texans.

#FireTomlin is trending on Twitter.
If the Steelers do fire him, which is not likely considering how long they keep coaches there, there would be no less than 10 teams on the phone with his agent before Tomlin took two steps out of the complex

You mean like former SEC Offensive player of the year, #1 overall pick and 2-time Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning? 😏
We aren't talking about the Chargers. We are talking about the Giants, who drafted Phillip Rivers that year. 😜

Can we please play somewhere that isn't a baseball stadium?
Well, Jay Glazer was saying that it is a possibility, and being talked about amongst the owners, have Oakland play 8 "home" games in London next year....

It was great. I still think Breaking Bad beats it as "best show ever", but The Wire stuck the landing in a way that Breaking Bad couldn't come close to.
Back on the worst tip, I finally got around to watching season two of Wayward Pines this year and it was just one long spiral into overwrought insanity, capped off with a dumb "maybe life can find a way if humans just (literally?) chill out" closing image. I felt like I was watching a children's play and none of the kids were mine.
IIRC, Wayward Pines biggest downfall was its initial success, much like Under The Dome.
Both were only supposed to be one season and were written and filmed that way, but the network extended after the initial success, so after filming a solid season the producers had to rush and reshoot some scenes to give viewers a proper cliffhanger for the first season and stretch an already thin concept into another season ( With Under The Dome, another 2 seasons).

Newhart had the best, I agree

For me with Seinfeld, it was a huge letdown, just because I didnt find it at all funny. It just didnt feel like a Seinfeld episode. I didn't need them all to die or all become successful. I just wanted to laugh just a little.

How I Met Your Mother
Edit: https://www.ratingraph.com/serie/how_i_met_your_mother-10951/
The whole last season of How I Met Your Mother was horrible.

Saw Rob Lowe tweeting about this today. He was is a show called Lyons Den, and it was cancelled halfway through its first season, but they were contractually obligated to film 3 more episodes. He said they purposely made those episodes the most ludicrous episodes ever. Lowe's character had been up to those episodes a supremely ethical lawyer in an unethical firm. The finale revealed him to be a serial killer who committed suicide.
What are some of the worst finales ever?
I haven't seen the Lost episode, because I always heard it was so bad. For me the worst finales are:
1. Seinfeld
2. Dexter
3. Roseanne

Damn, well Gordon failed the test and is suspended indefinitely. Just saw it on NFL Live
If it is for weed, it's a shame on multiple fronts.
* Just like Martavius Bryant, to risk all the money and future security for weed, is unfathomable to me. And, I have been to rehab twice. But, I can't talk about anyone elses addictions. That's their story.
* With more and more states legalizing weed, it's a shame that sports don't recognize the therapeutic value of weed. I, and this is just me, given the choice, would much rather smoke some weed as pain management than getting pumped full of opioids.

I wont jump the gun on that last part, because when he did the same thing in the preseason, that's the first thing everyone started reporting.

The last half of Drunk History's fifth season got added to CraveTV and was fantastic. Rich Fulcher is a hilarious drunk, and the Halloween episode was awesome. We're waiting on new seasons of Kimmy Schmidt and Grace & Frankie now though, so it may be time to revisit The League, which is one of my wife's favorite shows ever.
It took a lot of pushing on my part to get her to watch it, because it's hard to really explain what the show's about to someone... like, it's about a Fantasy Football League, but that's just mostly background noise to the rest of what happens... but the rest of what happens is insane. Jason Mantzoukas was a brilliant find. I love that guy.
Its my girlfriends favorite too, which is weird because, she is super conservative. I think she just has the hots for Taco. And through the show, she is now an avid fantasy football player. She and I are battling it out in the Shiva Bowl in one of our leagues this year.
I love Raffi, however the Raffi-Dirty Randy stand alone episodes aren't entertaining to me, even though I generally find both Jason and Seth Rogen entertaining separately

I wont go as far as saying all that, but look at his career resume.
The dudes longest tenure as any type of coach was 3 years. Every other job he had, he was gone within 2 years. I dont know how good/bad that speaks to his credentials
