  1. Hm? Why?

Not that I think Ronaldo would move, but if he does, I think he has as good of a chance of going to Barca as signing for Madrid.

Well C.Ronaldo has stated through his agent that he would wish to come to Real more then Barcelona and also Barcelona's Sporting Director Txiki Beguiristain has said even though he is a star player he is not in Barcelona's priorities whereas Real have stated they would love to have him.

  2. Diego Forlan is a good player, from living in Espana and England the football is quicker in the England League so maybe La Liga suits him more. He played well for Villareal this year and scored many goals which is why he won the Golden Boot Award. He is one of  reasons they in Champion League

  3. I reckon it was more the fact he was never given an actual chance.

He said himself that the only reason he didn’t succeed in England was because Ferguson only had eyes for Van Nistelrooy.

Giving a striker like Forlan the last quarter of an hour of a game expecting him to perform magic every time was never going to work. Can’t really blame the manager really, when one of you’re strikers is performing brilliantly then what’s the point of dropping him? Unfortunately for Diego he never caught a break.

  4. craig, could you please acknowledge the comments that are being made about your diary? Please.

This diary would be a lot better without the constant use of graphics and bright colours. I prefer quantinity of graphical quality. And also, this has nothing to do with the Attitude era.

  5. I always assumed Walter Samuel was one of the best defenders in the world, that assumption taken from manager games and word of mouth. I thought West Ham were in debt, how the fuck can they pay 100k a week? That's ridiculous. I've never rated Figo anyway.

Oh, and Woodgate, If you can keep him injury-free you have one of the best defenders in the world. Quote Bobby Robson, not me.

  6. I just lead a team of England golden oldies through the World cup qualifiers.  My starting 11 was:

    GK: Ian Walker

    DL: Alan Wright

    DR: Jason Dodd

    DC: Gareth Southgate

    DC: Steve Howey

    MR: Steve McManaman

    MC: Paul Ince

    MC: Graham Stuart

    ML: Graeme Le Saux

    FC: Dean Holdsworth

    FC: Les Ferdinand/Teddy Sheringham

I was bored shitless and thought it would be fun.

Awesome - what did the public say?

They went nuts when I put Crouch, Leacock and Danny Webber in my 11.

  7. I can't see Lampard going anywhere. No matter how much money or what players are offered. Lampard is the driving force behind Chelsea, and he's going nowhere. Chelsea are in a position to reject anything put infront of them.
