EWR Background?

Does anyone have or know the location I can get the EWR background that looks like the nWo logo? My computer recently shat the bed & lost everything. For the life of me I can not remember where I found it, Any help is greatly appreciated & thank you in advance!

I had a look back and it appears I made one back in 2010. It shouldn't take too long to throw one together as it is just a background. so it'll be Black with a white border.
