Layout Help

Recommended Posts

Hiya guys

I'm going to set up a home page to post my ramblings about anything and I've come to the designing part of the process and I had an idea of where I wanted to go. But as I was designing the layout I've lost my vision of what I wanted.

I want to keep the layout simple so I can add CSS to allow the visitors to dynamically change the colours (buttons in the top right). Meaning I don't want too much dependancy on images.

Also the scrollbar is just there to show me where the content is going as I'm hopefully going to implement SSI to make the header and footer be shown on the page without having the code on every page.

So any tips on the layout, any advice, feedback, critics are welcome.

Not a fan of the grid in the background but then without it t'would look plain so I dunno what to suggest there. Looks pretty cool really overall, the title font could be a little cooler but other than that s'good. I did a colour-changing layout once, it was tiny and it depended on images and colours.
