I certainly think so. Sure, CBS has Quentin Tarantino direct CSI for the finale, and that was dark, but this was just out of the blue, headshot, one NCIS agent dead. It startled me, but I think it was too much. Maybe they should have made it more dramatic, a great number of bullets instead of one. But thats just me.

I don't see how its too much. IT's a show about cops. Cops get shot, and some die on duty. Thats like having a war movie with no one dying.

I thought it was a good "Holy shit!" moment. I certainly said so. The sad thing is, I was just starting to like her, too. She was looking fine in that episode.

I thought it was great, especially because she had just been shot in the vest like most typical cop shows... then BOOM surprised the hell out me. Plus she was probably the biggest supporting character... so I'd say it was a good 'Holy shit' finish.
