A challange to Rob Van Dam

RAW kicked off with a small video package recapping Wrestlemania. The video ended wit the Van Daminator on Austin. Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler opened up the show saying Wresltemania was one of the best pay-per-views to date. J.R. ran down the card with Marc Mero vs the World's Strongest man Mark Henry and The Nasty Boys against Too Much before getting cut off by Austin's theme music. Austin comes out with a huge 'Austin' chant while walking down to the ring.

Jim Ross "Austin has just come down to the ring. I think he'll address what happened last night in his World Title match."

Jerry Lawler "I tell ya' J.R., RVD is going to big in this company. With the people he's hanging out with, he'll for sure get some gold in this company."

Jim Ross "What do you mean, Shawn Michaels and Triple H? What are you trying to say King? Do you know something what we don't know?"

Jerry Lawler "Well umm. . ."

Steve Austin "Last night on Wrestlemania, Rob Van Dam had to come down in the biggest match of the night and ruin my title shot."

Fans begin a 'you got screwed' chant.

Steve Austin "I'm a man, so I'm fine not winning the World Title. But what's not fine is that lil' bastard running away after the match. If you want to get in between Stone Cold's business, you better stay for the whole damn meeting. So RVD, get yer lil' ass out here and lets finish what you started last night."

Jim Ross "Oh my? Rob Van Dam versus Stone Cold right now? We just begun the show! Tonight's going to be a wild night!"

Austin gets in fighting position and waits for RVD to come out. Minutes pass and looks like nobody is going to come out.

Steve Austin "If you still wanna hide from the Rattlesnake be my guest. I'll play cat and mouse. . ."

Austin drops the mic, slides out of the ring, and runs up the ramp to look for RVD.

Forget the Light-Heavyweight Title

The camera goes backstage and we see Taka Michinoku getting ready for his match. He still looks dissapointed after his loss against HHH at Wrestlemania. The door opens and we hear a familiar voice. It's Shane McMahon.

Shane McMahon "Taka, why are you so bummed about losing the WWF Light-Heavyweight Title? Look at it this way, you have just opened the key for yourself to go out and win many more titles. The Light-Heavyweight Title was nothing more then a child's playtoy!"

Taka Michinoku "Light-Heavyweight Title. . . pride. . ."

Shane McMahon "Yeah I know you're all about pride Taka, but if you hang with me, I'll give you access to bigger things. Can you say European Championship?"

Taka begins to think about the deal.

Shane McMahon "Just trust me, okay? I DO have ties with the boss. . ."

Shane offers a handshake and Taka accepts.

Jim Ross "Fans, if you missed out on last night's action at Wrestlemania XIV, you can relive it by ordering the the pay-per-view re-runs this whole week!"

The Hardcore Icon. . . Rocky Miavia?

Back from the break, Michael Cole is with Cactus Jack. Cactus stood tall and confident, smiling, even after losing to the WWF Intercontinental Champion at Wrestlemania. Cole talks about not being able to beat Rocky Miavia in his own game.

Cactus Jack "Cole, a hardcore match isn't just a match with weapons. You have to be physicly and mentally ready. You have to be prepared the other guy can do put so much pain on your body that you can di--"

Before Cactus can finish his sentence, coming out from behind is no other then Rocky Miavia. Miavia stomps on Cactus, grabs the light wire and starts to choke Cactus. Miavia picks Cactus up and throws him up against the wall. Miavia snatches the mic away from Cole.

Rocky Miavia "You guys go on and interview a chump like him and not a young hansome champion like myself? That's pathetic. The Rock is the brightest star in the business. And yeah. . . The Rock did beat Cacuts Jack at his own match. The Rock is the Intercontinental Champion and will not back down from anybody. For all hell The Rock should be called the 'Hardcore Icon'."

Rocky Miavia gives a little smile.

Rocky Miavia "Yeah. From now on, I'm the Hardcore Icon Rocky Miavia."

Rocky Miavia tosses the mic on Cactus and leaves all the camotion behind.

Marc Mero w/ Sable vs Mark Henry

Singles Match

Marc Mero suprised the World's Strongest man with his boxing skills hitting him with a right hook knocking him out. Henry made Mero look weak, getting up a few seconds later. Mero connected with a few jabs and then hit a drop kick which lead to the Marvelocity from the top rope for the win.

Lets go tonight on RAW

The lights darken and pyro goes off at the sides of the ramp. Coming out on stage is Paul Bearer followed by Kane and Brian Lee. When entering the ring they are welcomed with a 'Undertaker' chant.

Paul Bearer "Undertaker!! Why do you have to always ruin my plans? Why can't you just stay away in your coffin, grave, or where you live and let me do what I do? Last night at Wrestlemania was uncalled for! Because of you, you ruined Kane's and Lee's chance at a shot at the tag-titles! So tonight, Brian Lee has challanged you to a match tonight on RAW."

Jim Ross "What? Brian Lee versus the Undertaker? Tonight is just getting better and better!"

The lights darken again and fogs fills up the arena. The Undertaker's music hits and coming out with a huge ovation is the man himself. Lights go back on as the Phenom is about to speak.

Undertaker "Paul. . . you tried to fool these fans, giving them an imposter which is nothing near me. And now you're trying to show them that you're 'Undertaker' is nothing more then just a puppet by him doing what you tell him to do. Well. . . if you wish to challange me tonight on RAW, then your wish will come true."

Fans cheer as the Undertaker leaves.

Paul Bearer "Ahh. . . you just wait Undertaker! Brian Lee is more mobile, powerful, and younger then you! Just watch!"

Come out where ever you are

The camera switches to backstage. It's Austin walking around still trying to find where Rob Van Dam is. He checks behind unused seats, doors, cars, almost everywhere. Austin is fumed as he can't find RVD and begins to throw the chairs around. He walks into Pat Patterson and pushes him to the ground. and walks off.

Too Much vs The Nasty Boys ©

Tag-Team Match

Coming off their title victory at WM, the Nasty Boys are up against youngsters Brian Christopher and Scott Taylor. It seemed like a the Nasty Boys would take the easy victory since having so much ring experience then Too Much, but Too Much was the winners in the begining of the match. Both young guns used their quickness and agility on Saggs and Knobbs. Knobbs sold a ddt very well actually making it look like his neck caved in. And J.R. yelling he broke his neck didn't hurt either. But the Tag-Team champs are champs for a reason and came back when the Nasty Boys hit a double ddt on Scott Taylor for the win. After the match, the New Age Outlaws again to beat on the Nasty Boys. This time the Nasty Boys knew it was coming and didn't back down until Road Dogg hit Saggs and Knobbs over the head with the title.

Brian Lee w/ Paul Bearer vs The Undertaker

Singles Match

The match quickly became lop sided. The Undertaker was man handling Brian Lee with suplexes and body slams. Bearer kept on yelling at Lee to never give up and Lee came back blocking a punch to a boot to the face. With his spirtual powers, the Undertaker came back on his feet and started man handling Lee until Bearer couldn't take it no more and called Kane to come out to help his partner. Kane walked down to the ring to take out the Undertaker. When Kane put a fist on the Undertaker, the ref called for the DQ. Bearer didn't care for the win, just to take out the Phenom. Kane and Brian Lee doubled team the Undertaker for several minutes until they hit the double chokeslam to officially take him down.

No more games

Austin's theme music hits and fans begin to cheer again, forgetting whaat just happened to the Undertaker. Austin looks pissed off walking straight down to the ring.

Jim Ross "Fans! We're suppose to get off the air but as long as Austin is still in the ring, we'll keep you updated!"

Steve Austin "The whole damn night, I've been looking for that son of a bitch. Rob Van Dam, I'm giving you one last time to get yer fuckin' (Hey, it's after hours) ass out here."

Austin looks towards the entrance, but nobody is coming out.

Steve Austin "I'm going to give you the count of three. One. . . two. . ."

Are you ready? D-Generation X's theme music hits and coming out on stage is the World Champion with the European Champion behind him and the 9th Wonder of the World. D-X is welcomed with boos while the leader begins to speak.

Shawn Michaels "Austin! I'm going to tell you right now I had NO idea that Rob Van Dam was going to interfer in our match. I wouldn't have had expected out of all the people that HE will be the one."

Steve Austin "Michaels, I don't give a damn about you or the Wor--"

Good Raw, Glad to see RVD officially joining DX. If Austin gets tied up with RVD, I'd like to see Owen Hart step up and challenge Michaels for the WWF Championship. I hope you have big plans Owen. Other than that, I wish you would have kept the titles on the Outlaws. I never really cared for the Nasty Boyz. The Undertaker/Lee/Kane stuff is also coming along nicely. Keep it up (Y)

Announcing Team: Doc Hendrix and Jerry Lawler

Attendance: 6,003

Ticket Sales: $240,120

Sunday Night Heat kicked off with a brand new video reel and more quality pyro. The new announcing team Doc Hendrix and Jerry 'The King' Lawler are in the ring to welcome the frenzied crowd with the current matches scheduled (Ken Shamrock vs Goldust and Marc Mero vs Jeff Jarrett) before they are interupted by the World Heavyweight Champion Shawn Michaels and newly added D-Generation X member, Rob Van Dam. HBK and RVD walk down to the ring and snatch the mic right from Lawler's hands.

Shawn Michaels "Fans. May I introduce you to the NEWEST D-Generation X member, Rob-Van-Dam!"

HBK starts to clap for his newest young gun while the fans boo. RVD does his signature taunt and the fans boo even louder.

Shawn Michaels "Now RVD. I have a question to ask you, WHY did you interfer in my match against Austin at Wrestlemania? Why didn't you just let me stay there and let Austin be in the position that I am in right now?"

Rob Van Dam "Austin has no respect for other people. He thinks he can run around backstage, in-ring, anywhere without any order. I took it offensive when he gave me the Stone Cold Stunner right after he gave me a beer to celebrate OUR victory a couple weeks ago on RAW. I thought we were building a friendship but I got it all wrong. So I stay in the back for a couples weeks, trying to think what's the best possible decesion for my career. Should I let it slide or do something about it? I had to do something about it to make my point in the WWF. And I then I thought, why not at Wrestlemania? Everything that happens at the biggest pay-per-view the whole year will always be remembered. Me hitting the Van Daminator is deffintly going to go down in the history books."

A clip shows Rob Van Dam hitting the Van Daiminator on Steve Austin.

Shawn Michaes "Oh isn't that going down in the history books. . . so what made you join the greatest group in the wrestling business, the D-Generation X?"

Rob Van Dam "I didn't really intend to join D-Generation X when I decided to interfer in your match. I did it to make a point. And which I did which lead to you welcoming me to D-Generation X."

Shawn Michaels "Well folks, there you have it."

HBK and RVD shake hands and do the crotch sign before Steve Austin's theme music plays.

Challange tomorrow night on RAW

Austin comes out with a huge ovation from the crowd. Fans begin to cheer a 'D-X sucks' chant. Austin paces around the stage, flips HBK and RVD off and begins to speak.

Steve Austin "RVD. You go on and talk about the Rattlesnake having no respect in the backstage area or in the ring. But then you go on and interfer in the biggest match this entire year."

RVD gives a little smirk and nods his head.

Steve Austin "And then you go on running away like a lil' girl, but to only come back like a b****! (*Fans cheer) Like what I said on RAW, I challange you tonight on RAW."

Fans cheer even louder after the challange to RVD.

Doc Hendrix "What? Austin and RVD? Do you think it'll actually go down this time King?"

Jerry Lawler "Well I hope so. I got fifty on RVD!"

Rob Van Dam "Well. . . umm. . . Austin. . . before you can get me one on one in the ring, I know somebody in the back who just can't wait to get his hands on you. This man, he's a champion of all champions. If he get the shot at the World Title, he has a great chance of winning it."

RVD and HBK stare at eachother and they nod heads in agreement.

Rob Van Dam "And this man is a good friend of mine, same with a lot of you fans out there. This man consists of three letters. H-H-H."

Doc Hendrix "No way! Triple H vs Steve Austin? That's an incredible main event! We saw a preview of this at Wrestlemania!"

Austin paces around again thinking of what to say.

Steve Austin "You lil' threesome partner wanna challange me?"

Austin looks around and fans cheer.

Steve Austin "I dun matter which D-Generation X memeber's ass I whoop!"

Austin drops the mic and heads back with the fans in excitement.

Ken Shamrock "Cole, don't worry. I wasn't out for having any broken bones, torn ligaments, or anything like that. I was at home icing my bruised ribs and swollen head, that is all."

Michael Cole "And speaking of Faarooq, what is between you two?"

Ken Shamrock "I have no idea. I guess you have to talk about that with him. All I know is that if he wants to go up against me, I never back down from a challange."

Ken Shamrock vs Goldust w/ Luna Vachon

Singles Match

Goldust came with the early advantage. Luna was doing her job, bothering Ken Shamrock at ringside. Shamrock came back, reversing a double-arm ddt into a headlock and then a stf. Goldust almost tapped out until he was able to reach the ropes. Goldust rolled out of the ring to take some time to catch his breathe which was cut in half by a baseball slide by Shamrock. A huge pop here when Shamrock hit Luna and Goldust in the face. Shamrock slid out of the ring and threw Goldust back in. Shamrock was working on Goldust's right leg with a lot of knee drops and leg locks before locking in the deadly Ankle Lock for the win. Quickly right after the match, Kama Mustafa ran down to the ring with the steel chair, slid in, and hit Ken Shamrock right in the back of the head before running back up the ramp.

Doc looks and Lawler in disgust.

Jerry Lawler "Or what about Clinton?"

Marc Mero w/ Sable vs Jeff Jarrett w/ James E. Cornette

Singles Match

It really seems the fans are getting into Mero as when he went down to the ring he got a huge pop. When the match started, it was all Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett was hitting suplexes and ddts left and right. It wasn't until about half the match did Mero show signs of a comeback, blocking three superplex attempts. Mero threw Jarrett on the canvus and hit the Marvelocity for the victory.

Pulling the right strings will get you a shot

After the match, Taka Michinoku's theme music plays. Taka comes out with his new manager Shane McMahon. Fans cheer as they see the high-spirited former Light-Heavyweight champ walk down to the ring with a business-man look Shane McMahon. But before walking to the ring, Taka walked around the ring shaking fans hands to show his appreciation towards them.

Shane McMahon "Last night, news was leaked that I was able to pull some strings in the back. And strings I have pulled. Now, I usually don't do this for anyone, but Taka is a deserving man that his talent just can't go to waste in the undercard. That's why I was able to talk to the boss of this company, Vince McMahon, and tell him that what Triple H did to the Light-Heavyweight Title at Wrestlemania was the most disrespectful thing you can do. Of course, Vince agreed with me and decided to give my client another shot at the WWF European Title. I was going to take that offer but. . . we wanted more. So then I told him that if Taka didn't sign a contract with the World Wrestling Federation, Taka would be a World Heavyweight Champion in Japan. Taka turned down that Heavyweight Title in Japan because he felt it was nothing compared to the World Title here in the WWF. So then I asked for a shot at the Heavyweight Title. But. . . Vince didn't buy it. Soo. . . we had to settle for a Intercontinental Title shot here on Sunday Night HeAT!"

Fans cheer as they hear the title shot tonight on Heat.

Doc Hendrix "I can't believe it! Taka agaisnt Rocky Miavia?! That's a pay-per-view match right there! And it's going to be on Sunday Night HeAT! That's just incredible!"

For The WWF Intercontinental Title

There was a lot of heat from the crowd chanting 'Die Rocky Die' constantly during the match. That only fired up the young star hitting him with a devistating snap suplex. Taka sold it really well thinking he acutally broke his neck. Miavia went for the win and only got a two count. Miavia took a lot of time arguing with the ref it gave Taka time to recover. Taka came out of nowhere with a small package and almost escaped with the win. Taka took control of the match even hitting the Michinoku Driver. With the win and the Intercontinental Title right before his eyes, comming down to the ring is no other then Triple H. HHH slides in the ring and hits Taka over the head with the European Title. The ref called for the bell.

Taka won but Miavia still remains champ. When Miavia gains conscious, HHH is still in the ring beating on Taka. Miavia decides to stay and stomps on Taka until both men slide out of the ring when Cactus Jack slides in to help Taka. You can clearly read Cactus' lips saying 'Tag match right now.'

On Triple H, Rob Van Dam, and specially Shawn Michaels. They can go on and talk and talk. But when the Rattlesnake is between their nose, it's time for a ass whoppin'."

Steve Austin "You mentioned Shawn Michaels, is there any news on you getting another title shot right now?"

He's only saying that so he can get people like you to believe he's one of the top best guys in the WWF. Austin is nothing but a bafoon. HBK, Triple H, and my new favorite superstar, Rob Van Dam can take him out!"

Steve Austin vs Triple H

Singles Match

What looked like a squash, HHH held his own in the match. HHH started the match on the offense until he got too cocky and put the match on auto-pilot. Austin hit a couple punches to the face and hit two snap suplexes back to back. Austin also hit a gutwrench Suplex for good measurement. Austin thought the match was over but came up short with the two count. After the pin count, HHH showed life of comming back but fell short. Austin took over after that hitting various brawling moves and went on with the win after the Stone Cold Stunner.

After the match, Austin throws HHH out of the ring. Austin is calling Shawn Michaels and Rob Van Dam out to the ring. Seconds later, HBK and RVD come out. Great Heat, I hope Austin Vs. HBK II does happen, And then maybe later, RVD can feud with Austin for the title? And that can leave Owen Hart free to face the man who owned his brother at the Survivor Series, HBK. Damn that Triple H for costing Taka the belt. The HHH/Taka and Jack/Rocky feuds are going well. Shane looks to be a good manager for Taka. I don't know about the Shamrock/Faarooq feud though, To be honest, I forgot all about it.

Ken Shamrock lost overness from this segment.

Faarooq and Rocky Miavia vs Ken Shamrock

Handicap Match

Like most handicap matches, the corner with two men usually win. Shamrock was getting pounded by many punches and kicks to the face. Shamrock showed a glimpse of a comeback when reversing a ddt into a spinebuster on Faarooq. But that was it for the World's Dangerous Man. A few minutes of beating later, Faarooq hit the Domminator for the win. After the bell rang, Faarooq and Miavia stayed in the ring to beat on Shamrock some more for good measurement. When Miavia was going to setup the Rock Bottom, out of nowhere came Cactus Jack to throw him out of the ring. Faarooq tried to stop him but was also thrown out of the ring. Cacuts helped Shamrock get up while Faarooq and Rocky Miavia walk up the ring watching.

Faarooq gained overness from this match. Faarooq is losing overness because of his weak gimmick.

Words from Austin

After the match, Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler directed everybody to the Titan Tron. Michael Cole was standing with Steve Austin in the interview area backstage. Cole looked a little scared standing by Austin after getting Stunned by him last night on Sunday Night Heat.

Steve Austin "What's wrong Cole? You look a little frightened. Don't be scared. . ."

Austin grabs Cole's head and gives him a noogie.

Michael Cole "Riiiight. . . well umm. . . last night you defeated Triple H. Tonight, you'll be able to get your hands on Rob Van Dam."

Steve Austin "Damn right. RVD is a sum bitch who thinks he can rank up against the best in the WWF. He thinks he can beat the Rattlesnake, Stone Cold Steve Austin. When I walk in that ring, I'll hit the Stunner, and walk out. Easy. And he can bring his D-Generation X buddies Triple H and Shawn Michaels. I'll whoop their ass too."

Michael Cole "Speaking on Shawn Michaels, you you're going to meet the World Champ at Unforgiven."

Steve Austin "What are you trying to say Cole? I don't deserve a title shot?"

Michael Cole "No it's just that we have no source that shows you're getting a title shot."

Austin looks Cole dead in the eye. He looks like he's about to hit Cole but forces himself not to. He turns his back, but seconds later Austin hits another Stunner on Cole. Cole is out cold this time with Austin screaming in his ear he's the number one contender at Unforgiven.

Challange to Triple H

Fans begin to cheer when Shane McMahon comes out, followed by Taka Michinoku. Taka slaps high fives with fans before entering the ring.

Shane McMahon "Last night on Sunday Night Heat, a man named Triple H cost my man Taka Michinoku to win the Intercontinental Title. (*Fans boo) So if Triple H has the guts to come out here and enter this ring to face Taka for HIS European Champion, get your ass out here!"

D-Generation X's theme music plays. Triple H comes out showered with boos. Fans begin to boo even louder when HHH raises his European Title in the air.

Triple H "Shane McMahon, you're nothing but some sleeze ball like your old man! You come out here and DEMAND me to wrestle Taka for my title? I only give people shots if they deserve them! And plus. . . Taka is not in my league! I only wreslte the best of the best!"

Shane McMahon ". . . And I guess Stone Cold isn't in your league either. . ."

After that remark from Shane, the crowd went nuts. HHH was fuming which even got a louder pop.

Triple H "You know what? You talk big don't ya' Shane? Well alright. . . I'll get in that ring with that little pet of yours. If you guys win, a title shot will be at next week's Sunday Night Heat! If not, get out of my face!"

Taka Michinoku "Bring-it!"

OR: 67

Triple H lost overness from this segment.

Taka Michinoku vs Triple H

Singles Match

HHH started the match on the offense hitting a string of backbreakers, jawbreakers, and power bombs. It stayed that way during most of the match until Shane and the fans started motivating the Japanese star. Taka came back when he reversed a inverted ddt into a sit-down powerbomb which got a two count. Taka was now on the offense hitting spectacular spots such as a frog splash flying almost across the ring. A ref bump occured when HHH pushed Taka into the ref making him fall out of the ring. Taka always looking out for others, checks to see if the ref is alright. You can see Shane yelling "Look behind you" and when Taka finally does a low blow comes out of nowhere and then the pedegree. HHH slides out of the ring to pick up the ref and ref gains back his memory and HHH pins Taka for the win. After the match, HHH grabs his European Title, goes on top of Taka shoving the title in his face and says a couple words to Shane before leaving the ring.

OR: 78 CR: 72 MQ: 84

Jerry Lawler "Finally Taka can stop bothering Triple H! Man. . was that guy a pain in the butt of what?!"

Jim Ross "That match was unfair. If it wasn't for the low blow and Triple H pushing Taka into the ref, we might've seen a different ending."

Jerry Lawler "Quit complaining J.R., if Taka was smart, he wouldn't have fell into Triple H's trap. Hahaha."

Confrontation in the back

We head backstage and we see the Tag-Team Champions Brian Knobbs and Jerry Saggs backstage talking to a bunch of roadworkers when all of a sudden the New Age Outlaws appear.

Brian Knobbs "Know what, why can't you guys realise that we beat you at Wrestlemania. Can't you get that through your minds? It's over, done with!"

Road Dogg "You know what? Well maybe at Wrestlemania, it was a mistake! It was a mistake for the greeeeeeatest tag-team to lose their tag titles to a bunch of old has-beens!"

That gets the Nasty Boys rilled up. They get in their fight position, so does the New Age Outlaws. Before anything can happen, road agents pull all four men away from eachother as far way as possible.

OR: 56

Billy Gunn lost overness from this segment. Road Dogg lost overness from this segment.

All of a sudden Vince McMahon walks by as see all this comotion.

Vince McMahon "Now what the hell is going on here?!"

Geral Brisco "Uhh. . . sir. We have a problem. The Nasty Boys and New Age Outlaws are basicly trying to kill eachother right now."

Vince McMahon "Hey! You four better listen up! (*Knobbs, Saggs, Road Dogg, and Gunn stop) You guys think you can run around in my company and do anything you want! You think you run this business! Well I tell ya' what. . . . next week on RAW, there'll be a four team tag match. Whoever wins will wrestle the Nasty Boys for the Tag-Titles at Unforgiven! And the New Age Outlaws, you guys will be in it."

Vince looks in disgust after leaving the scene.

Marc Mero w/ Sable vs Kane w/ Paul Bearer

Singles Match

Kane domminated the whole match. Mero had no offense. But when he did, it was only a couple of jabs that showed no sign of slowing down Kane. Kane was going to go for the win when all of a sudden the lights went pitch black. The lights turn back on and Kane is in the middle of the ring laying down with Marc Mero on top of him. The ref is confussed on what just happens but counts the three for a Marc Mero victory. After the match, Paul Bearear argues with the ref that it should of been a DQ saying the Undertaker came in and hit the Tombstone Piledriver but the ref let the win stand.

OR: 76 CR: 79 MQ: 71

Marc Mero gained overness from this match.

Don't worry about it, he's nothing

After the match, Shawn Michaels is backstage with Rob Van Dam in the D-Generation X locker room. HBK is giving the young RVD a few words before his big match.

Shawn Michaels "RVD, there's a reason why I asked you to join D-Generation X. You know why? You got talent. And with talent. . . it'll get you anywhere. Remember when I said you're a HBK-wannabe? I didn't mean it to insult you, I said it because when I'm long gone from this business, you'll be the one with this title around your waist."

HBK points to his World Heavyweight Title.

Shawn Michaels "Now you go out there and beat the crap outta Austin for the third straight time."

RVD is pumped and heads out the door.

Jim Ross "Austin versus Rob Van Dam next!"

Steve Austin vs Rob Van Dam

Singles Match

The match was one of the best matches we've seen on RAW for a while. Begining of the match, Austin and RVD was mostly getting a feel for eachother and what not. Austin was the first to strike with a couple of punches which lead to a northern lights suplex. RVD fought back with punches of his own but was then on the defense when Austin blocked a punch into a fisherman's suplex. Austin locked in a headlock for a few minutes. With great athleticisim, RVD was able to kick Austin in the face to get out of the lock. RVD was able to get in some offensive moves exciting the fans with a missle drop kick. It looked like the tides of turned at this point, but whenver RVD looked like to gain control, the Rattlesnake gains it back. When RVD climbed the turnbuckle, Austin grabbed the ropes making RVD to slip and fall off the turnbuckle. Austin grabs RVD's head and looks like to finish it with the Stunner when all of a sudden Shawn Michaels comes out on stage. Austin stops and pays full attention to the World Champ. The mouth words to eachother when all of a sudden Austin is pulled back by RVD and into a small package. RVD didn't only pull Austin back, but also his tights. Austin tried to kick out but RVD had the leverage and the win. After the match, RVD quickly runs out of the ring and up the ramp. Austin gets back up and starts yelling curse words and points at RVD and HBK when the camera rolls out when the show ends.

Great Raw, RVD beating Austin was kinda shocking since I thought Austin would have ended up kicking his ass. I also don't like the Nasty Boys with the titles, I hope you switch back to the Outlaws, Or someone else instead of keeping it on the Nasty Boys. I think we'll still see Taka somehow end up beating Triple H, I just have no idea how.

Also, I think it's time for Faarooq to change gimmicks (Y)

Legion of Doom to split

Written by: David B.

--WWF has announced Hawk, one half of the greatest tag-team in the 80's will be calling it quits next month. Hawk, 38, along with tag-team parter and long time friend Animal have won many tag-titles during their amazing careers. It's sad to see Hawk leave, but it'll give Animal a huge opportunity to branch off into the singles division.

Goldust signs contract extension; Austin and Chainsaw Charlie 3 months left

Written by: David B.

April 1, 1998

--It was reported Goldust has just extended his current contract with the WWF to a three year deal reportedly $120,000 a month. It is still unsure wether if Chainsaw Charlie (Terry Funk) or their biggest draw, Stone Cold Steve Austin will sign extensions. We are sure Vince and co. will for sure re-sign Austin but questions raise for Funk. Funk hasn't been used much on television, but it's very risky for a popular man like Funk to jump shift to the heavily popular WCW. More news will be brought to you in the next coming days.

I'm confused now, The Undertaker that turned on Owen to join Kane, Was the real one? Not Lee? But why turn Undertaker heel in the first place if you were gonna have a fake Undertaker all along? Or did you just turn him heel for the storyline to then turn him back to face? Or did you just list him as a heel accidentally? I can't wait to see what happens with this storyline next, It's getting really interesting. Your roster looks good, Sucks about Hawk retiring, Maybe Animal will find a new partner?
