Game Sleeve Template?

This has probably been asked a million times but where can I find a template for a video game/DVD sleeve that shows where the back, front, and spine should be? Thanks.

I'm looking for something flat, and that just has like dotted lines which show where the front, back, and spine go (preferably without all the WWE stuff). I'm pretty sure there was one like that awhile back. Thanks anyways though.

Unfortunently I don't have any templates I always use the ones from W4L-GFX, those are good. Maybe take that and try to create your own?

ah well, i already started and just made a up a size that looks like it would be a game sleeve.
