The beat sounds kinda like the traditional music you'd here at a funeral. It's a rap song, and the chorus is either "Throw ya hands" or something like "Throw up ya hands!"

Hmm... sounds like Two Words by Kanye West featuring Mos Def, Freeway and Harlem Boys Choir.

The chorus is Kanye saying something like "now throw ya hands up hustlers, bustas" and the choir backs him up with "throw your hands up high". I can't remember the lyrics exactly.
