I just connected a cable from my PS2 to the PC, set a new config file up. Does it cost?

I have a silver slimline one.

Edit: This is gay, I have it connected but it won't find the connection. I have tried renewing the IP address or something, but it doesn't work. :(

I wanna play PES online.
