So I haven't done anything graphic wise for months other than the odd little poster thing for my diary. I've been listening to In Flames for hours now, and figured what the hell? Might as well knock something up seeing as the tournament's starting soon and I don't want to go into it completely out of practise...and yes, I know it's pretty meh all round

The scanlines are too heavy, I think. As a rule, I always set scanlines to Overlay (in Photoshop) and never let the opacity go above 50%, unless it's somehow justified.

Also, I think the text could've used a border, and the bevel's a bit heavy for my liking.

The semi-transparent border is also something I don't care for.

The color scheme of the background and the overall design of the image, sans the things I already mentioned, is well done.

The bevel was set to just 10...any softer and it would have been non-existant

I think the scanlines are fine, but the text is ick. Needs a stroke, or a more visible dropshadow, or something. Soudtrack is a typo that needs fixing, too.
