In the episode where C-Ray Walz was the coach for that nerdy Niles kid who wanted to be a rapper, who was Niles' dad..? When C-Ray meets him the guy asks where C-Ray's gold records are, then shows him his hanging on the wall in the hallway and Niles' voiceover is something like "My dad the musical giant blah blah"

I don't know who it was though, baldhead guy with sunglasses, anyone know?
