Help Me With A Site

Does anyone know of a site where it shows unsigned rock bands? It has charts, etc... I used to have it a LONG time ago and wonder if it still exists. These are the ONLY things I know:

- I found Papa Roach on this site about 3 years ago just before they made it big.

- There was a countdown on it. (top 20 I think)

- There was only rock bands. No pop or rap or anything else.

- It was a .com domain and straightforeward (it wasn't rock.91x.site.com) It was ______.com

If you know of a site that exists, please hand it over. Oh, and the site is American/Canadian, not British.

This one? Perhaps you're talking about MP3.com, but that became a pay MP3 directory a couple months back.

This site didn't have MP3's on it. Maybe just a 30 second clip. It almost looked like a website for a radio or something. Maybe I'm imagining it.
