Speed Demos/Runs

Okay, so I'm addicted to watching these things and they're good to waste away a boring Sunday afternoon, or everyday as it is in my case (note to self: get a job). So does anyone know where I can download videos of speed runs, speed demos, walkthrough videos or any other cool videos?

EDIT: I'm not sure if this is illegal or not and I apologise if it is.
