3:00 PM

Paul Heyman comes out and addresses the crowd with a 10-minute shoot before heading inside.

4:00 PM

Kane shows up with Chris Benoit. Both get into the ring and Benoit cuts a promo for the fans, but gets interrupted by Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch, which leads to an "impromptu" match.

XWF crew members begin taking the ring outside down.

6:00 PM

Doors open, and fans begin filling in to the arena. The set-up inisde consisted of a regular old XWF ring with an XWF logo and PPV logo on the aprons. The entrance has a big screen placed between the higher side of a huge X and a band's equipment set up next to the entrance aisle.

Winter Warzone Pre-show:

Sean O'Haire vs. Kevin Thorn

Despite interference from Ariel, Thorn put up very little offense in this squash match. O'Haire nailed him with everything but the kitch- even the kitchen sink. Sean O'Haire wins via pinfall w/ a burning hammer. After the match, O'Haire laid a challenge to any XWF member and Steve Austin came out and laid him out with the Stunner.

XWF Presents: Winter War Zone- Live on PPV!!!

The band 12 Stones is set up next to the aisle and begin a guitar rendition of the National anthem before launching into the "Winter War Zone" theme song, "My Life." After the song, a pyro display goes off before Tazz and Joey Styles launch into introductions.

Not wasting any time, the show starts off with Chris Sabin vs. Justin Credible.

In a pretty even match filled with weapons blood, Justin Credible came out on top. Sabin seemed to have had the match won after connecting with the Cradle Shock, but Justin Credible managed to put his foot on the ropes. While Sabin argued with the ref, a bloodied Credible pulled Sabin's tights and rolled him up for the pin.

Winner: Justin Credible

Samoa Joe vs. ??? (Masato Tanaka)

Joe and Tanaka brawled all over the arena in an early classic, until Mike Awesome showed up at ringside. As Tanaka and Joe battled on the outside of the ring, Awesome climbed the turnbuckle and leaped off, connected with an Awesome Plash, intended for Tanaka, on Joe, knocking himself and Joe out cold. With both wrestlers down, Tanaka covered Joe for the win. After the match, Tanaka headed out before Awesome could come to.

Ken Shamrock is in the ring. He cuts a promo claiming to be the best wrestler to ever come from the MMA world. Before he could finish his promo, debutee Bob Sapp headed to the ring and came nose to nose with "The World's Most Dangerous Man." Before anything serious happened, Shamrock gave in and left the ring.

Raven/??? (Rhino) vs. Team 3D

The crowd was hot for this match, featuring all ECW originals, where tables, chairs, and even a shopping cart were used. 3D had Raven cornered and set up for a 3D while Rhino set up a table vertically on the turnbuckle behind them. Rhino quickly broke up the 3D attempt, giving Raven the chance to connect with a Raven Effect on Devon. As Raven pinned him for the win, Rhino gored Ray into the table for added effect.

Team Benoit (Colt Cabana, Darik Ruiz, BJ Whitmer, Christopher Idol, and Brian James) vs. Team Nova (Roderick Strong, Juan Castillo, Jimmy Rave, Dave Greco, Bill Wellington)

Both teams came out accompanied by their coaches, who stayed at ringside during the match. Team Benoit quickly lost Brian James and Christopher Idol within the first 5 minutes, putting them down 3 to 2. The first Team Nova member to go down would be Beef Wellington, pinned by BJ Whitmer. Whitmer would continue a short roll by eliminating Dave Greco next. Juan Castillo would get in and knock BJ’s head off with a vicious clothesline before standing him and quickly finishing him with his Cobra Clutch Bomb. Down to Ruiz and Cabana vs. Rave, Strong, and, Castillo. The last two members of team Benoit would not go down so quickly, putting up a good fight. The next person eliminated would be Team Nova’s Jimmy Rave. Darik Ruiz would be the next person put out, down to a 2 on 1. Cabana would put up a fight against Strong and Castillo but it would not be enough and he was pinned by Castillo after his finisher.

Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman are in the ring, addressing the fans with a promo, when The Hardy Boyz step out from the back. XWF World Heavyweight Championship

The Rock vs. Chris Jericho vs. Brock Lesnar vs. Rhino

In a legendary battle of superstars, Rhino “prevailed” over the others, even after showing signs of wear from his previous match. With The Rock and Jericho down and out from a both Lionbomb off the apron, Lesnar had Rhino sized up for the Verdict, when Rob Van Dam ran down to the ring and nailed Brock with a karate kick to the back of the head. Lesnar stumbled forward, opening him up for a gore from Rhino. Rhino would successfully pin him for the win, and he and RVD would then celebrate in the ring as Rhino becomes the 1st XWF champion.

XWF Next Gen Championship Rules.

-Fighters from both teams will be given matches against members of the XWF roster; if they lose, they are out of the competition

-If you win, nothing special happens, but the more matches that one wins, there more likely they are to be officially signed by XWF

-At the February XWF PPV, the remaining members of each team will be given matches against each other. The fighter with the best overall record in the Next Gen Championship will be given the trophy/title of the Next Gen Champion. An award will also be given to the team with the better record.
