Trying to remember a song

I heard this song on the radio the other day and I really used to love it as a kid and I said id download it but stupidly, I forgot what the song was called or who it was by...it was done mid 90's I think and was quite dancy [for that period], the vocals were female but the only lyrics I can remember were

"and he talks to me like lovers do"

and

"im in love, im insane but its still the same"

[last one may not be correct come to think of it]

"Here Comes the Rain Again" by the Eurythmics at least fits the first lyric, not sure on the second, and I wouldn't call it 'dancy'. Although I could be wrong.
