Yeah, it's worth it. I didn't think so at first, but when you got games like Double Dash and Mario Golf which you can pick up, put in and have three of your friends playing (and playing well in a matter of minutes), you know you have a fun system on your hands.

At first, I was put off by the past Nintendo consoles, most of them have failed miserably. The SNES was good for a few years, then quickly died off, and the N64... less said the better.

Look's like the GameCube is here to stay though.
