hey just got some more questions about this The Complete Collection of The Sims, the specs are Windows 98/XP

450MHz Intel Pentium II Processor

128MB RAM

6.0GB hard disk space

4x CD-ROM drive

4MB graphics card

DirectX 8.0-compatible sound card

DirectX 8.0

Mouse, Keyboard

now im wondering if that 6.0 gb is for installation for all these games or just one?

and also wondering if its a good price for all the games you get

The Sims

The Sims Livin' It Up

The Sims Creator and The Sims Bonus Material

The Sims House Party

The Sims Hot Date

The Sims on Holiday

The Sims Unleashed

The Sims Superstar

The Sims Makin' Magic

9 games in total is it worth it?

If you like The Sims, then I imagine the answer is "by God yes".

If, like me, you find the game loses all appeal after about half an hour, regardless of the nth add-on they've released for it this week, then probably not.

And I imagine the 6GB would be for all the games. That's the kind of requirement a very recent spec-guzzler would want...which The Sims isn't.

Funnily enough I bought this exact compilation about 2 weeks ago, and after checking it's around 3.2Gb after installation. Remember, it's only 1 game and 7 expansion packs (plus The Sims Creator at another 80Mb), which are all installed automatically, you can't pick and choose which ones you want and don't want. But I got mine for around that price too and I thought it was a good deal, it is the best selling PC game of all time, so it's a piece of history to look back on if nothing else.
