Sirius Satellite Radio Installation

I have a 2006 Scion tC and have been wanting to get Sirius for a while. I need to get the SiriusConnect TOY-SC1, but I can't find it anywhere. If my car is already Satellite Radio ready, would I need to buy a Sirius Universal Tuner which is about 50 more dollars? Also, would I need to buy anything else?

After buying the necessary stuff, then going to a place to have them install it, thats probably $300-400.

Yeah you still need the tuner, it just means you don't need to buy a new deck.
