Since this is slowing down, I'm going to start placing a clock on picking. I'm pretty sure we're all within the 3 time zones, so the clock will go as follows:

- 5 hours to make your pick

- Once you make a pick, please take an extra 3 minutes to PM the next person their on the clock, I won't ALWAYS be arund

- Clock will stop from the times of 2 AM - 11 AM, that should mean at least 3 picks in one day

- This does not mean you can't pick between 2-11 AM, this just means you can't be penalized or APed for not picking between then

That's it for now, any more changes will be made accordingly
