Looking for an old graphic posted here

I've looked through as much of the search engine as my eyes and sanity would allow me but I still cant find the image. It was a CD cover that someone posted here that was made for their Girlfriend and had a light brown background with a Rose on it with something like "Music for my girl" or "for my special someone"...something like that. It would have been ages ago it was put up but it was really well made and I had it saved on my comp but now that i need it it has crashed beyond repair.

I'd really like to have it for Valentine's Day so quick help would be appreciated.

Found it. it was only posted in September too. i must have looked over it before. Thanks to all that had gone looking for it.
