TEW05 Real World Update: November 2009

Well alrighty then, here is the first full real world update for TEW 2005, thanks to all who contributed to the October preview, their have been a lot of changes most noticeably a load of free agents have been added and since this is going to be a full data there are some past wrestlers included as well. Most new promotions have been for the UK and Europe getting in the key main groups for those regions so we now have the key promotions in all areas now for the game world.

Right even though it got release 2 days ago here is the updated version and by updated its more accurate to for starting in November, plus all modifications suggested have been done.

Only main modifications that you would need to do yourself is pic renaming which is that I fixed Nigel McGuinness’ pic because I didn’t see the point having 2 separate pics for him and have renamed Rey Mysterio’s pics to Rey_Misterio_Jr

As per the past topic please suggest any modifications to the data and such as things go on hopefully we can get this going to a monthly update.

Also if there are any free agents you think should be added to the next update please say and we shall add these for the next update.

Just noticed Hulk Hogan doesn't have the 'Power, Looks or Intensity' to pull off the Hulkamania gimmick. Maybe change his gimmick to Legend?

Stephanie McMahon has Semi Active Wrestler set as her push. This causes her to wrestle quite often on WWE programming. Same goes for Shane McMahon. He should be removed from WWE's roster anyway as he resigned quite a while ago.

Brutus Magnus'(Nick Aldis) stats are up in the high 80's that has him as a better wrestler than Desmond Wolfe(Nigel McGuiness) and right up there with Kurt Angle. No way Magnus' stats should be any higher than mid 60's as he is still very green.

Rhett Titus is a heel in ROH (Give him the ravishing gimmick, But it dont work? maybe up his stats to make it work)

A little late but I found something. I cant call up any FCW wrestlers to the WWE. They don't have contracts with the WWE, just FCW.

the reason being is we give all WWE development workers FCW contracts, because for people that play a non wwe game, after one day wwe will let go every single development worker

• Lance Cade has signed a new WWE deal.
• Mike Adamle's stats are all Fs. I'm not saying they should be great, or anything, but his microphone skills should be higher.

I think A Lot of The WWE Divas and TNA Knockouts need their stats changed.

The First that come to mind are:

Beth Phoenix

Natalya Neidhart

Michelle McCool

Maryse( her stats are way to high imo )

Sarah Stock

just noticed a comment on FCW, yes people in FCW dont have contracts to WWE cause you cannot set people to be in WWE and in development and since most games where FCW talent is in WWE the AI doesnt send them to development so would fire them and alot more in day one, to combat this we set the guys in FCW in FCW to an exclusive PPA deal meaning as WWE you can sign them all up and send them down yourself if you wish or just noth bother all together

also from what i could see Stephanie McMahon is currently set as a non-wrestler in both her profile and contract so might be a mistake there

also its easy to say change their stats, but to what?

I'll just paste this from the other thread, since you wouldn't have had a chance to change it for this version.

Some TNA suggestions:

Brutus Magnus: Raise Microphone, Charisma and Acting to B (he frequently leads British Invasion interviews, and does so well), drop the Technical skills to B at best (what evidence is there to support straight-As? Doug Williams is the technical specialist of that team), raise Looks to B (he ain't ugly and has a good build). He's also 23, about to turn 24.

Consequences Creed: Drop Brawling & Power to C+ (at present, he's a better brawler than Matt Morgan and James Storm)

Elijah Burke: Raise Aerial & Flashiness to at least D (which would still apparently make him a worse flyer than Kong)

Lacey Von Erich: Drop performance skills to C-. She's dreadful.

Mick Foley: Drop Looks to C at best.

Rob Terry: Drop Basics and Safety to C, raise Menace to B

Taz: Drop his physical condition significantly.
