If you want to tweak the name to Alliance instead I have 3 but you can't tell that it's not Association..

Did you use google?? They have their own website

ALso your avatar looks hideous... Use this instead

And make sure you set it to 150x150

Or you could use the old one and set it to 120X105

Looking at the logo though... Whoever created it didn't line up the background very well
