I used to use pandora before I discovered Last.FM. What I really used it for was to hear some more obscure songs from artists I like that don't get played on radio. It's a decent little site, but Last is much better.

Meat Loaf's - To Hell & Back
You can't exactly trust everything he has to say, but my god can old Meat tell some damn interesting stories.
And bonus points if you also watch the movie of the same name. A very B grade biography of Meat.

The only one question I have is:
How hot is Hermione in this movie?

World Series of Poker
Texa's Hold 'em.
Not actually that great, the AI blows, but a decent way to pass 10 minutes.

"Across The Universe" by Rufus Wainwright
"Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds" by The Black Crowes

I can only seem to obtain a 30 second sample of it.
That saying, I haven't listened to it yet, due to my slow 28.8kpbs-nis.

The White Stripes have revealed the details of their forthcoming album.
The Detroit duo have titled the record 'Icky Thump', and have just finished mixing and recording it at Nashville, Tennessee's Blackbird Studio.
A release date for the follow up to 2005's 'Get Behind Me Satan' has not yet been set, but a posting on the band's website says: "We are doing our best (whatever that is) to release the album as soon as corporately possible. And though we are tired, worn, weary, hungry, cold and left without an ounce of nutrition amongst ourselves, we are in the midst of planning performance type shows around the world."
The tracklisting includes:
'Catch Hell Blues'
'Little Cream Soda'
'Rag And Bone'
'Clicky Bump'
'You Don't Know What Love Is (Just Do As You're Told)'
'I'm Slowly Turning Into You'
From NME.com...
Personally I'm excited, I just hope Jack White actually uses his guitar for this album.

Emo girls are hot.
The drummer in my band is what we would call 'scene', he's also my girlfriends brother and occasionaly wears her skinny jean things.
They look better on her.

Do something from the south park movie!

Aren't these the same preppy kids who used to make fun of goths?

Yes, Aqua rules all.

I remember after many many promises of releasing PW2, Jennings (after about 3 years of delays) released a "70% finished" demo of PW2. It showed the game would have been pretty good had it ever been finished, but the 30% that was never done was half the features that would have made the game decent.
Eventually, Jennings simply released (yet) another update to PW1.

It's all about the Hammerfall or the Dragonforce. That music always gets me in a mood to kick ass.
Or Daylight Dies if I'm in a shitty mood when I play. It feeds my mood, well still being loud and quick enough to get the adrenaline going.

I'm disappointed. I've loved everything Audioslave have put out so far, and would have easily enjoyed many more albums, but I'm not really surprised. People have been talking about them splitting up for ages, like he says himself, and with his solo album/Rage reuniting I was afraid it'd come to this. A best of being released for a band that only had 3 albums seems a little strange, and to have it in the works this soon seems premature to me, but I'll probably still pick it up if it has significant new material.
I look forward to his solo album, and I hope Rage reunite, but I'd have much preferred it if this didn't happen
Let's hope Audioslave just find another lead singer then

Well even more fuel for a full-time (or at least one album) Rage Against The Machine reunion.
Tis sad, but isn't really that surprising.

Generally a whole lot of semi-recent pop music.
Not that I like it, but the monotonous playlist of a supermarket and being in their 9 hours a day, kinda feeds it too you subconsciously.
