  1. Sprint and then hold the crouch button. Some windows won't let you actually go through them but will break and you'll land on the windowsill. But you can jump all the way through the windows in Nuketown, Villa, and Summit for example. If you have your control layout set to default it is B, if not it's probably the right thumbstick.

  2. Hardline is not a waste due to the Hardline pro where you can change any package to something else. I end up using the SAM turret, care package, and sentry gun and just change them most of the time. You could end up with gunship without actually going on a long kill streak to get it.

  3. I wouldn't exactly call Lauzon, Pellegrino, and Stevenson lower tier fighters. All are solid mid-level fighters, much like Sotiropoulos is right now. I wouldn't consider Sotiropoulos a top fighter, not yet anyways. Of his last three opponents that I listed, when the fight took place, the only one not exactly at Sotiropoulos' level would probably be Lauzon, but he earned it through exciting fights and was beating Sotiropoulos in the first round then got tired before round two began. But I don't really agree with Siver in this fight, it's a step back, but then again who really is there for him to fight? All the fighters in contention for the title are booked right now, so I guess this is fine for now. Like MPH said, after this fight they can easily match him up with Florian/Dunham winner or Edgar/Maynard loser.

  4. I might try the single-player for the first time tomorrow.

Is there any way to guarantee you're on the same team as one of your friends? Last night, I was in a party with Benji, and we both got up to rank 6 so that we could add a Clan Tag (EWB, for those who are already there) but for the first two or three team deathmatches, we were on opposing teams. Seemed a bit strange...

Did one of you join when the other was already in a match? Even if you are in a party, if you join during a match, it won't put you on the same team. You have to invite him during the lobby to get on the same team.

  5. Yeah, I just looked that up - forgot Edge was based on, er, Walter Edge. He's the guy that plays Harry Morgan in Dexter.

No he's not. He was on Dexter, but not as Harry Morgan. He's Captain Tom Matthews on that show. He also played President Keller on 24 and was the dad on That 80's Show and Unhappily Ever After.

    James Remar is Harry Morgan.

  6. It's about time. A smart move too, bringing in two more belts to add to shows that don't get title fights is great. Also, when they eventually do Faber/Torres, they could probably make that a huge fight under the UFC.

Hearing the news about Aldo turning down a fight with Florian at 155 is weird though. That could've been an interesting fight.

  7. Lame, those were fun songs to do every once in a while. Did you get the pro-cymbals or just the game?

I'd have to buy the new kit since I only have the RB1 kit which doesn't support the cymbal addons. So I am not up for spending a lot of money for that right now.

  8. Add Soundgarden's Black Hole Sun and RHCP's Dani California to that list of songs no longer working with Rock Band 3. I am not sure how these two songs got taken out of the game considered they were already part of a transfer from 1 to 2...

I've never had to calibrate on my new TV, but for some reason I have to on RB3 and it's still not right. Gonna be a pain in the ass to get that right now.

  9. I liked how Gabriel Gonzaga raised his hands after his fight like he thought he actually won that, it was weird. He clearly lost that fight, pretty convincingly too.

Nice to see Matt Hamill win, but a win over Tito Ortiz doesn't mean a whole lot these days, just another loss for Tito is all.

Diego Sanchez vs. Paulo Thiago was a good fight. I guess going back to Greg Jackson was a good thing for him because he looked great out there.

Really weird seeing Jake Shields get tired in the second round, he's really not known for getting tired that easily. Also, not sure how one of the judges gave 30-27 to him, he certainly did not win round 2. Round one was Jake's round, round three could've gone either way, but I think Jake squeaked out a win at the end there.

Cain Velasquez did a good job, learning from the mistakes that Shane Carwin made and picked his shots and did not go crazy. Fought a good fight there. So I am sure we'll now see Lesnar/Mir III which is fine with me, will be a fun build to that.
