Chuck Ragan and Brian Fallon are doing a split 7'.
Awesome.

And Ross, open the build up on your DE, and I might shoot him an offer.
Done. (Y)

Why the hell would Mancini want to go to Sunderland... if Sunderland become as naive as Newcastle fans, I'm going to cry.
From a Leeds fan.
-
Just to clarify, I include myself in that. The game has de-evolved into Be bitching and no one wanting to lynch anyone because they're afraid they'll get lynched for advocating a lynch.
That sounds like most mafias these days.

My view is that this should be in Sports.

So I just checked out Gaslight Anthem and to me they sound a little like Bruce Springsteen...don't ask me how I can compare them to him but that's who comes to mind when I hear them.
-
Six minutes into the new Mandy Moore album, and I already like it better than Wild Hope. This had better continue.
Also, reminder to self: Gaslight Anthem are on Radio 1 Live Lounge on June 19th.
EDIT: Done, and I'm not sure whether I like it more or less than Wild Hope, but it is a great album, well worth a listen.

I came hone for a shower and to get changed before Dizzee, so I could go out. It now appears that I'm missing Dizzee, which doesn't bother me too much really. Only really saw Boots and Marina, both were awesome. I think Marina fancied me, she kept looking at me. Might have a bit to do with me being one of the few (possibly only) in the crowd to be singing along with everything.
Also kinda saw VV Brown and Nouvelle Vague, but I wasn't really paying attention. I got hungry right after Marina, so I missed Little Comets, which sucks a bit, but I'll live.
Setlists:
Marina
Girls
Seventeen
I Am Not A Robot
What You Waiting For (Gwen Stefani)
Obsessions
Mowgli’s Road
Boots
Earthquake
Meddle
Tune Into My Heart
Remedy
Mathematics
Symmetry
Love Kills
New In Town
Stuck On Repeat
Crowd was a bit flat for Marina, but she was first on, and people weren't nearly drunk enough. There was an epic bottle throwing session before Little Boots, which also resulted in a couple of almost full cans of Strongbow (what a fucking waste) narrowly missing me.
Little Boots is fit as fuck.
Also, fuck me, I thought YI might have been exaggerating about the kids, but fucking hell. First gig where I've ever felt old. This shouldn't happen for a good couple of years yet.
-
My phone's on vibrate anyway.
And if anyone calls me Ryan tomorrow, I'm just gonna say "Fuck off metalman"
-
Cock.
Bird I was meant to be going with had to pull out, because her family's up for a couple of days. None of the lads seemed particularly enthusiastic. Therefore, I have a spare ticket, which is a cunt, since I've wasted a tenner. I'm not that arsed about going solo, since I get to see Little Boots (possibly twice, she has an instore gig at HMV at 1, I'll go if it doesn't clash with Marina and the Diamonds), but fuck, I hate wasting money. If anyone needs a ticket, for a mate or whatever, look out for me, or just ring me, 07795245815, and I should be able to sort you out if it hasn't already gone. Plus, I get a new contract in a couple of weeks, and only about five people read this anyway.

So, I understand this is my place from next season?
-
Apparently, there are riots in Newcastle City Centre...
Anyone threw themselves off Monument yet?
-
Wouldn't know, I just go for the free vodka on Mondays.
-
I'm not mad that I died since killing me was a good play. I'm mad at the town.
This accurately sums up my feelings on group 4.
Alternatively, lol, group 4 town

I can't help my mates all still being in the phase where they think Tiger is awesome.
-
I would, but if I go anywhere after, it'll probably be Tiger, few of my mates are off there.
-
Preview of Little Boots' album up on Youtube, due out June 8th.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=51ZBQYP05SY
30 second clips of each track, track list in video description. Remedy sounds like it's gonna be fucking MASSIVE.
FUCKING LEAK NOW.

I bought a corned beef pasty from there at 10ish once, so it's a late opener, definitely, but I dunno about 24 hours.
-
Just go to McDonalds on Grainger Street, it's open 24 hours. Same for Northumberland Street, though Grainger's a lot closer to the station, and pretty much a straight walk down the road. Plus, if I stay out, you'll probably see me in there around 3.
-
I might go to some of the Unsigned shit, I dunno. It's about 50/50 whether I'm at work or not, and with it being the last "official" day of sixth form, I'm sure I could persuade a couple of people to go through town for a bit. Saturday and Sunday, I'm busy, but I'm there Monday.

Might be going later for Frank Turner, if I can get a mate to come.
