I read what the patch fixed, and it seemed like a list of why my team sucked. Now the game is much more realistic, without the defenders screwing up every pass. I started my game with Fernandez Vial in the Chilean 2nd league. I'm having more fun that in the english league, probably because I haven't played the english league with new patch though. I might start another game in an obscure club somewhere with more leagues. Also, I got a player worth US$285 for US$16. That's the best bargain I've ever done.

I was using the header as an example. It's not like it's the first time it happens. I was just saying that scouts are wrong most of the time, that's all.

This game is really great. I've got 6 points already. I really don't understand any of the game's special stuff. The combos, pluses, etc. Every time I seem to have a plus, nothing happens. Oh wait, never mind. Just found that I'm beating this guy with golden cards by 2 points because of that plus thing with the wall. Now all even... I'll just hope he/she runs out of time.

Now I feel totally screwed by this game. My scouts tell me that I should avoid their forwards getting the ball to their feet, as they shouldn't pose us an aerial threat. First minute of the game, cross, header and goal. Obviously nothing aereal in a header. It sickened me so much I restarted my PC. I can't get a break in this game. I've even used guides about tactics and such. I fucking do everything the scouts tell me to, and I lose. If I don't do what they say, I still lose, or tie anyway. And I'm still favourite in nearly every game, which is fucked up. I don't think I'll be able to play this game for a long time now......

DAMN MANSFIELD!!! God, they can always fuck up something. We're playing really well, getting some good chances, but what's that? A red card! What fun! Oh, now you fucked up a pass and we're 1-0! Then, we somehow tie the game, and, you guessed it, RED CARD!!! We end up losing 2-1. And I'll never listen to the media again. "It will be a close battle between Mansfield and Gillinham for the FA Cup!" Sureeeee....4-0 's real tight. Oh, and the star player of the team, the one and only, the one that gets pad too fucking much and can't get a cut or be fired because the chairman's in love with him, has had 4 goal droughts in 35 games. 4!!! He has only scored 8 goals in total. And guess who screws up about 3 one-on-ones a game...And my fucking defensive midfielder scored before him... Also, our best prospect of the team, who gets paid nearly as much as our 'star' player, can barely move withouth fucking it up. His stats dont say otherwise, anyway. And he's too goo for a salary cut, anyway. Ok, now that I got all that off my chest, I can be a little more calm... I've pretty much revamped much of the team buying around 8 players. They all played well in their first game, except for one. They all sucked for the next games, except for the GK, who can actually play well once in a while, MOST of the game anyway...and the playmaker, who was injured in that game stated before... And for some reason, I got the same referee TWICE, and he fucked me over twice. He ruled out 3 (yes, 3) of my goals AND didn't call a penalty, has given me 4 red cards and many more yellow, and he just chit-chats with the other teams, with the ocasional yellow... Mansfield is a real challenge. Like the game says, they're underachieved. If I could just sell that overpaid striker so I can get a little breathing room...I'm currently 20th, but still safe from relegation (about 10 points from 23rd). And I also have no chance of being first anymore, which really doesn't matter as it's obviously immposible with such a squad...

Don't these people realize that they take risks in a simulator because it's a SIMULATOR. If you know there's no risk, you can be a lot more relaxed. I can't seriously see how playing Gran Turismo can make you drive more aggresively. And then they say that playing a 10 year old is pretty much forced to crash because they play racing games.

In the beginning I swore and took it out on my players. Now that I'm used to last-minute goals drawing games I dominate just so that the news can say that the other team pretty much dominated me and I got lucky, I just put the team talk to angry, especially at home. And I can't begin to guess why the heck anyone wouldn't want a 35 year old keeper with skills worse than some under-17s for free.

Drew two, lost two and now I'm down 7 spots in the League. I just wish my strikers could be more consistent. They get chances, and I mean A LOT of chances, as my att midfielders have very good crossing, so does my central midfielder, yet they miss EVERY HEADER. Except one of them, who has like 6 heading and scores once in a while. And my best player, Barker, who's supposed to be the greatest player on the team, went on a 32 hour goal drought, scored once, and now is back in a goal draught. Good thing the transfer window is open again, even if most strikers are crap or get paid over 1.5k a week(in US dollars). Anyway, I managed to get more room for wages by giving my overpaid defender a new contract, so he gets paid $1k less now. I'm about 10 points away from relegation danger, so I'm not too worried...yet...

I started a new game with Mansfield. They're supposed to be around lower midtable, and after about 12 games we're 11th, and everyone's happy. Yay. We also had an 8 game undefeated streak, and only won 2 of those, and we lost to the club in 3rd place. I have around 7 DRAWS ( ) in the league, I think. We also have managed to get to the 3rd round in the FA Cup. I'm probably getting lucky on the draws(I think that's not the word...) though, since only now am I facing a L2 team. As a side note, Lincoln are last in the league, somehow managing to survive in the FA cup, about to get crushed by Liverpool.

This game really likes to make me mad. First, I tie Reading with Chelsea. All because Cech can't seem to catch a ball for all he's worth. Then, in the Champions, I tie Real Madrid away, which isn't bad so that got my mood up. Then we tie Liverpool, getting TWICE as many chances as them, again thanks to Cech, except this time with some cooperation from Terry's header. Tied at the 91st minute with a miracle header from Trezeguet. Back at the Champions we played Werden Bremen, and they went up 2-0 on the first half. In one of them, Cech didn't even react to a slow ball just crawling into goal. I switch Shevchenko with Klose(bought him because of goal drought), and we tie 2-2. Then Trezeguet scores a controversial header, for the 3rd match, I believe. After that, he scores another one from around midfield as the keeper was trying to head the corner. 4-2, until 10 seconds later they score another one, but that was it and I won 4-3. Then we play the West Ham, which from now on will be called the butchers. They score on the FIRST MINUTE. Afterwards we tie, they injure Ballack for a month, injure Ferreira for 3 weeks, and leave Lampard bruised up. In the end, they got a tiebreaker in minute 93. And now I am extremely angry an blaming it all on Cech and A. Cole, as Cole loses the ball waaaay too often, even when I have him on defensive mentality, with no keeping the ball, etc. I'll probably start another game as a small club, at least then when I lose it'll be more tolerable. .__.

After my save was corrupted I started again with Chelsea. This time my pre-season sucked. Won 1, tied 1 and lost 2. And that's against very unknown teams. Well, I either became a good manager in a day or just got bad luck on the first 4 games, because I beat Liverpool 4-0 for the community shield, with 2 goals from Shevchenko and 2 from Trezeguet(I signed him again). Then comes the first season game, which I win 5-0 against a team I forgot... Then I play Watford at home, I think it ended 6-0. Hat trick from Shevchenko and 1 goal each from Trezeguet, Ballack and Lampard. Watford also got 2 red cards, one from a keeper fouling Shevchenko in the area and the other from a midfielder elbowing Ballack. This game is really starting to be fun for me. =p When I get bored with Chelsea I'll have a go with a 2nd division team.

You guys were right, Trezeguet does agree. His report card said that his only weakness was being prone to injury, which proved to be true 2 days after the transfer. ¬¬ Anyway, I'll just scout other players for more matches. Stupid Arsenal loaned someone I forgto the name of to about 7 teams rather than trading it to me. I guess the rivalry had something to do with it...

I just got this game and started a game with Chelsea just to see try it out. I couldn't get a single contract signed, the scouts only gave me players that played on my opponents team so they wouldn't sell them to me, and Liverpool came back from a 2-0 to tie and go to penalties, where they came back from a 3-1 to win it. Anyway, screw Drogba. ¬¬ Although it is quite a good game.
