  2. Well, I'm either very stupid or very brave, probably just stupid. I was in Cardiff the morning of the match, travelling back up North, and dumbass here walks straight into the center of Cardiff, totally forgetting what day it was, what am I wearing? My Liverpool shirt. I had to walk from Queen Street Station to Cardiff Central Station, which is basically right through the center of Cardiff. The comments I received where both funny and insulting. The Millwall fans, give them there due, just joked about with me as I walked past, stuff like "Wrong town mate!" and "I didn't know you were playing here today?", but the Man U fans (who weren't actually from Manchester) swore, insulted and at one point tried to attack me, luckily the police were around. I found it all funny in the end, mind you, only when I was safely on the train back to Liverpool. I've learnt my lesson, but it was an amusing one none the less.

  3. They do need to change the Bond formula, without doubt, otherwise it's just gonna turn into the Police Academy movies, boring as fuck. I saw on old episode of James Bond Jr the other day, damn cheesy cartoon, the scary thing is, I could see them making the movie of that soon.

  4. isnt emo like funeral for a friend? if it is its shite.

Sadly they are classed an Emo, but they're shite and talentless. And no offence, Korn are kinda emo, i mean, John Davies is a whiney little shit, like most emo kids/bands :P

  5. I'm a big fan of 'emo' as it was so ridculously labeled. I love all the ranges of emo where it be a bit of the old schoool (Sunny Day Real Estate, Jets To Brazil, Modest Mouse, Fairweather, etc) or the newer stuff (My Chemical Romance, Story of the Year, etc) it's all good, cept for certain bands which for some reason I find utter shite (Finch, Yellowcard, Funeral For A Fuckwit). I recommend the new My Chemical Romance album, the styles they play on that album is so ranged, it shows bands what they should be doing on an album not just "Generic Song #1, Generic Song #2 (Which is Song #1 with different lyrics)."

  6. Oh and never forget Hulk Hogan  :P

Lol, I went to see Suburban Commando on the day it came out. Such a funny film to look back on now, and who can forget Undertakers 1 line wonder in the film! "You're a deadman Ramsay!".

Thunder In Paradise ruled also. :P

  7. Russian Roulette

    Best.Game.Ever

If you win of course, mind you it could be a lose-lose situation if you play with a loved one, mind you, if they lose, just raid their wallets and leave with a spring in your step and a toodlepip.

  8. Maybe a homer pick, but I'm going to say KoRn. A lot of people may hate 'Nu-Metal' and the bands that KoRn influenced, but they really jump started a whole new genre, jump started some popular (though not great bands) like Limp Bizkit, have been around for 10 years still doing their thing, and besides one album, never really got mainstream success (in my opinion).

I think it was more Faith No More who jump started the genre that became Nu-Metal, they pretty much spawned it all.

  9. My bet is on Czech Republic surprising everyone. Underated far too much. They're my pick for a major upset. I'll be betting on them, I bet on Senegal a month before the World Cup started and they earnt me a pretty packet.

  10. Modest Mouse are porbably one of the godfathers of the original "emo" movement along with the likes of Sunny Day Real Estate, Jets To Brazil, etc. Great band, one of the only bands who's earlier stuff is just as good as their latest stuff.

  11. would be good but from what i heard the tour isnt coming to UK this year so :(

Sharon said in an interview, it's NEVER coming to the UK again, or any of Europe, they're keeping it to a US Festival only now. Glad I was at the last UK one in 2002.

  12. Kings of Rock? RHCP? It's too hard to define 'rock' these days, sure, back in the day, the Black Sabbath, Led Zepplin, & The Who were rock, but nowadays, it's just a big fucking messy puddle of shit, i mean, Metallica are old school Metal, nuff said, they aren't called Rocktica, they're metal. RHCP have a lot more funk and mellow side to them than rock, whereas the main people claiming to be 'rock' these days are the likes of The Strokes & The White Shites who are sadly indie but refuse to admit that fact. True rock is dead sadly.

  13. Fair warning, they have a rule against using copyrighted characters, so you may have to name 'em Spyder-Man ;)

Don't worry, none of my characters are like the copyrighted characters we all know and love. My closest is probably Flaw, who's a mix of spiderman, venom, wolverine & doc ock in one mean mo' fucker.
